What I like best about Slack is how it keeps team communication organized through channels, direct messages, and searchable conversations. It makes collaboration faster, reduces unnecessary emails, and integrates well with tools like GitHub, Google Drive, and project-management platforms.

One of the biggest improvements I've noticed is the shift to the new Headless 360 platform. I like that Salesforce is making the platform much more API- and AI-first, so it's no longer tied to the traditional CRM interface. The ability to expose business logic, data, and workflows through APIs and MCP tools opens up a lot of flexibility for building AI powered experiences and integrating Salesforce into existing applications without forcing users into the Salesforce UI. It feels like Salesforce is evolving from being just a CRM to becoming a true enterprise platform for AI agents, automation and custom applications, while still maintaining the governance and security that enterprises expect.
