Exceptional Support Amidst Growing Complexity

I like that Qualified fills multiple use cases for us, like website chatbot, inbound demo scheduling, and having an AI BDR for automated follow-up. What I appreciate most is the level of support we've received from our account team. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the complex platform, always available to help, and make us feel like we're the most important client. I would give Qualified a 10 out of 10 mainly because of the support we've received from Julie Bailey.

What I like best is how Qualified turns website traffic into real conversations instead of just another lead form. Piper engages visitors in real time and it all syncs cleanly with Salesforce. Also huge shoutout to our Success Architect, Julie - she's been super responsive and has made our Piper implementation super smooth.
