I like the video chat option and the fact that I can answer my calls away from my desk. It's great having everything in one app without needing to switch from app to app. The initial setup was very easy.

I find Nextiva's platform very easy to use and manage. The GUI lets me update and manage phone devices effortlessly. The support team is really quick, resolving issues on calls in just a few seconds, making them easy to approach. I also appreciate the great internal extensions system and the manageability of VOIP phones that can be updated right on the Nextiva portal. Setting up was a breeze, and I really like the functionality and support.
