Customer service is great! We haven’t had a lot of need for customer service but whenever we have a hiccup, they’re very quick to respond and resolve our issue.

I like that when using the NCC everything is housed in one place. The AI summary is great for a quick overview of the call. Performance is overall good. The integrations are a work in progress but good. The onboarding process and support are great. Pricing is average.
