Nextiva is top notch! Very straightforward. The ability to customize a profile down to the ring sounds for different work items is great. Placing and taking phone calls using the software is one-click easy. Just put in the phone number and hit dial. In addition, the option to send a text message to members makes a big difference in customer service realm. Better? You can send it while you're in a call. The back-end report feature is robust and gives me in site to all things team related as a Customer Care Manager.
I like the simplicity of transferring a call as one of our company's operators. Being able to integrate my desk phone or transfer a call from my desk phone to my cell phone is a huge convenience. The AI is helpful as well. The interface of the phone is fairly simple to use. Many functions are a one button push and you're good to go. Anytime we contact support, they are very helpful.
