I find LoyaltyLion easy to use, especially when making changes to the rules and rewards. I've tried different reward systems, but LoyaltyLion is the easiest for me. The customer support is incredibly helpful (a special shout out to Alexandra who helped me with a technical question i needed help with) which makes a big difference. It's a straightforward system that helps customers understand the loyalty scheme easily, which in turn helps generate more sales and allows clients to get more money off their orders. Additionally, the initial setup was really easy, and they provided great support when I was importing data so that no loyalty points were lost during the transition.
