LoyaltyLion has been very easy to use and straightforward to manage. Since the partial points functionality was fixed, it has resolved all of the issues we were experiencing previously. The platform now works exactly as we need it to, providing a much smoother experience for both our team and customers. The software’s data is accurate, and I can rely on the information being correct. This is hugely important to us as a business because we have a large customer database. Other loyalty software we tested previously proved to be largely inaccurate. The onboarding process was excellent. We were in a rush to get the programme launched after a first failed attempt with AiTrillion, and I’m happy to say customer confidence in the app seems to have been restored. Day to day, the back-end is straightforward to use and easy to navigate. I find it works well with Shopify which is great for our website on desktop and mobile but I would love if it worked through our app, which is supported by App Tile.
