I find LoyaltyLion to be a very easy and efficient app to use. It's also very easy for our customers to use. The setup was really easy, and we were guided every step of the way by representatives from LoyaltyLion, including Libby White. I also appreciate how LoyaltyLion makes it easy for us and our customers to see what points they've got and to redeem them.

It's simple to navigate around, and I like how easy it is to customise your rewards page. Analytics are also great. The support you get during onboarding is really good. The team provided a solid demo, and the onboarding manager provided fast answers to any queries we had. The integrations with Klaviyo and Gorgias were quick and easy to follow from the help centre documentation
