Easy Setup and Responsive Support Enhance LoyaltyLion
I appreciate LoyaltyLion for its ease of use and good support from the team. The setup was fairly straightforward and intuitive, making it possible to run our loyalty program without the need for specialized support, except for occasional tasks and questions. The program offers a better UX than most, and the team is highly responsive, providing support very quickly. Big shoutout to Mariana Dolvers, the Onboarding Manager, for all her patience and support.

Multi Store Loyalty Program with Excellent Support
I like that LoyaltyLion offers a lot of ways to incentivize customers for participating in the loyalty program. The customer service is really great with a very good response and resolution time. The support we receive in understanding how to use the platform to its full capabilities is very rewarding. It's also really easy to get everything up and running, thanks to a dedicated onboarding team and cost specialist team that helps with the setup.
