Robust Omnichannel Integration and Simple Configuration with the best cost-benefit in the market.

I like the omnichannel integration of Kommo, which allows direct campaigns to WhatsApp and the configuration of alerts/automations from other networks that direct to WhatsApp. I also find the initial setup quite easy. The interface is nice, it's one of the best on the market today and provides the team with an easy and quick way to operate, without having to go back and forth multiple times, which gives the sales team speed and performance in use. Additionally, the native AI is a huge help for the team, being able to create automations that significantly balance the usage time. Another crucial factor is the price, the cost-benefit today is the best on the market and allows our team to benefit from this with the clients. Support in Brazil is quite slow, but the partner team solves the problem.
