On the product side, the editor itself is a big step up from WordPress: an intuitive WYSIWYG editor, a global Find & Replace across the whole KB, built-in SEO fields, and version staging for coordinating docs with product launches.

Owl analytics provides unlimited reports for the entire site, tracking views, ratings, reader behavior, clicks, and more. I enjoy being able to custom-build my article and homepage with KnowledgeOwl using custom CSS/HTML codes. Also, they make it easier to connect the knowledge base with other tools, and their support is very effective. The initial setup was very easy, and they were there every step of the way.
