The automation is great offering 24/7 responses, sophisticated Virtual Agent responses and the ability to design it ourselves to ensure each prospect gets a human touch. I also appreciate the feature that blocks spam calls before they reach the property, which is a huge benefit. The Outlook integration is amazing, making it easy to manage calendars and book multiple tours at the same time. The system provides robust reporting, and I enjoy the ability to see everything through one lens, avoiding silos in conversations.

Big tech migrations are intimidating, but the team at Funnel Leasing walked us through the entire process from start to finish. Furthermore, the software itself is extremely powerful. AI nurturing has helped improve our response time and conversion rates, and the reporting provides a level of detail this industry desperately needs to get ahead and be successful.
