I really like having all our data and communication in one place with Funnel Leasing. Before, our CRM only housed prospect information, and we had to juggle multiple platforms. Now, Funnel has streamlined everything, making it easier to manage and communicate with prospects, manage applications, and engage with residents. It's been a game changer for our onsite teams. The initial setup was relatively smooth given the platform's extensive functionality. There's been a learning curve, especially moving away from Knock, but the Funnel team was great. They were very hands-on, guided us through the setup, answered questions quickly, and made sure we felt supported.

The automations are completely customizable and free up time for our on-site Leasing Agents, and the Virtual Agent is personable and easy to interact with.

The interface is easy to use, and the dashboard is great.
