What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is that it brings everything into one place—meetings, chat, calls, and collaboration—so work feels simple and organized. It’s easy to use, reliable even on low internet, and makes connecting with people quick and stress-free. 👍 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can feel a bit heavy and cluttered with too many features for simple use. It also uses a lot of system resources at times, and some useful options are locked behind paid plans, which can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Remote Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I really like the screen sharing capabilities in Zoom Workplace, especially because it's top on all platforms with its annotation and everything related to it. I also appreciate how people are organized in squares on the screen during meetings. Additionally, the screen recording feature is the best with great quality, and there's no debate about this. Another feature I really find amazing is the voice cancellation support, which I think is the best out there. Setup is incredibly easy because you just create a link and can quickly join. Plus, it integrates well with the calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

I think what could be improved is the support for low bandwidth. When I make a normal call using the Internet with low bandwidth, it still works somehow, but Zoom Workplace won't work at all. Since I live in a country where bandwidth is typically low, more packet loss handling would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the app can use a fair amount of system resources, and occasional audio or connectivity issues can interrupt meetings. I’d also like to see simpler meeting controls and smoother navigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Communication Hub with Reliable Meetings and Recordings"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is that everything I need is in one place. I use it for meetings, team chats, and calls, so I don't have to switch between different apps. The video and audio quality are reliable, screen sharing is easy, and meeting recordings are very helpful when I need to go back and check something. It has made communication with my team much smoother and saves me time every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

One thing I don't like about Zoom Workplace is that it can use a lot of system resources, especially during long meetings. Sometimes the app feels a bit slow when many features are open at the same time. I also think some settings are difficult to find. A simpler layout and better performance would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Zoom Workspace Makes User Management Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

Our zoom workspace allows us to keep all of the users in one location and as the admin I can see who is using their account and from where. This has helped us to manage usage and determine who is using the account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

My only issue with workplace is we would like to see more security features on the recordings. We have had some issues with recordings being accessed and we would like to see more passwords on recordings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Smooth and Efficient Solution for Remote Team Collaboration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to use and how reliable it is for everyday professional communication. Joining meetings is fast and straightforward, the audio and video quality are consistently strong, and tools like screen sharing, chat, and meeting recording help make collaboration smoother and more efficient. The interface feels intuitive, so even new users can find their way around without much effort. Overall, it has been a dependable platform for virtual meetings and ongoing team collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

One drawback of Zoom Workplace is that it can consume a significant amount of system resources during long meetings, particularly when I’m running multiple applications at the same time. At times, the connection quality also depends heavily on how stable the internet is, which can disrupt the overall meeting experience. In addition, some of the more advanced collaboration and productivity features are only available on paid plans, which may feel limiting for smaller teams or individual users. "Great application for work sessions but with auditory annoyances"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I find the interface quite useful, very intuitive and easy to use. I use it every day when making calls and having meetings. One of the features I find most useful is being able to view your calendar from Zoom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

The only disadvantage I find is when using Zoom Phone, as you cannot turn off the keyboard tone when dialing numbers, which can be very annoying audibly. Due to this annoyance, I have considered switching products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

The stability during video calls, the ease of sharing screen instantly, and the overall audio and video clarity when hosting meetings with large teams Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Sometimes the frequent software updates force a last-minute restart right before a meeting, which can be frustrating. Also, the interface can occasionally feel cluttered, especially when too many new features are added at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Widely Adopted and Familiar Conferencing Tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

Thanks to the pandemic it is now the most widely used conferencing software after the phone. As such, it has a widely adopted user base with a high degree of familiarity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Memory usage and disk footprint are just too high; it feels bloated. Please clean it up and reduce the sandbox size, either by adopting a different sandbox approach or by building one from scratch the way LiMusic did. Right now, a single sandbox just to play YouTube through Chrome/Edge can take 250–400 MB of RAM, while LiMusic sits in a tiny corner at around 30–40 MB. That’s roughly 10%, because it doesn’t drag along all the garbage that comes with a full-stack sandbox. If you need to open a website, make an external call instead of relying on in-band browser objects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Familiar Interviews—With Room to Improve Admin Controls"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I find Zoom Workplace easy to use, and its functions are familiar to people across operating systems. Candidates often know the app from online teaching, so they can use it for interviews even when they’re on the move or don’t have a computer, which saves the hassle. The initial setup is simple, even for a toddler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

I find regulations and applying policies from the admin point of view challenging. Unlike Teams, I can’t define functions or access from the M365 admin center for Zoom Workplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
