"Reliable One-Click Meetings with Clear Audio/Video and Smooth Screen Sharing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how reliable and simple it is. Joining a meeting takes one click, audio and video are consistently clear even with bigger groups, and screen sharing just works. I also like the little things - breakout rooms for group work, virtual backgrounds, and the chat that stays after the call so I don't lose links and notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

What I dislike is that it's pretty heavy on my laptop battery drains fast on longer calls and the fan kicks in. The 40-minute limit on free group meetings is also frustrating when a discussion runs over. And there are almost too many settings buried in menus, so it took me a while to find things like noise suppression and HD video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate AI Meeting Notes, with Room to Improve Scheduling"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I like that Zoom Workplace has an AI note taker that summarizes meetings, and the summaries are accurate. It helps me tell if I missed anything, almost like a secretary taking minutes. I can meet visually with team members to coordinate collaborative work. I also like getting meeting alerts, including advance warnings I can set for 15, 20, or 30 minutes ahead and another alert when the meeting starts. Setup was easy, and Zoom is pretty straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

I’m limited to about 40 minutes for a meeting, and I’d like to have at least 50 minutes without upgrading. If I want more time, I have to upgrade. It’s also not clear or easy for me to cancel a scheduled meeting and remove it from my calendar. When I scheduled meetings over the next eight weeks and something changed, it was difficult to delete the information, and I’d like more technical direction for that. "Horrible experience with support/sales"

What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

enhance appearance feature and meeting integrations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

I had a horrible experience with Zoom support. All I wanted to do was sign a BAA and make my account HIPAA compliant. I had to talk to three different people, none of them were able to solve my VERY VERY simple request. I was kicked from multiple chats for some reason, logged out and lost chat history, told that I did not have a paid account, and one agent ignored my request and was trying to sell me things. STILL I do not have a BAA signed. I'm giving up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Stability and Clear Screen Sharing for Long Remote Sessions"
4/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

Zoom Workplace provides exceptional stability during long remote sessions. Its low-latency audio and consistently clear screen-sharing tools make it a strong fit for technical engineering meetings, virtual interviews, and real-time remote collaboration workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Zoom's desktop client consumes a lot of computer hardware resources and RAM in the background. When you are live streaming or sharing a high-definition screen, the laptop often heats up and other coding applications (like VS Code or local servers) also start running slowly. "Easy Collaboration, Though Connection Stability Can Lag"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I use Zoom Workplace for virtual meetings, team collaboration, client calls, and sharing information remotely. It makes it easy to communicate with colleagues and clients, saving time and travel costs. Video meetings, screen sharing, and quick communication help improve teamwork. I like how easy it is to schedule and join meetings, and the video and audio quality make remote collaboration simple and efficient. I also find Zoom Workplace easy to use, with reliable video conferencing and simple ways to schedule meetings and collaborate with colleagues and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Sometimes my connection is unstable, and the audio or video quality can drop. I’ve had audio delays and interruptions during meetings. I’d like a more stable connection and automatic reconnection. Some advanced features are also hard to use, especially the meeting recording and transcription settings, which can be a little confusing. A simpler interface with clearer instructions would make them easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Collaboration Hub with AI-Powered Meeting Summaries"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

Workplace is having meetings, team chat, whiteboards, and phone system all seamlessly connected in one application. The most helpful aspect is the built-in AI Companion, which generates accurate meeting summaries and action items instantly. The biggest upside is eliminating tool fatigue—everything my team needs to collaborate is in one reliable, user-friendly hub Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Navigating between team chats, whiteboard tabs, and meeting windows can feel overwhelming, and finding specific past files or conversation threads in the search bar is not always seamless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zoom Keeps Our Community Connected"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

We have used Zoom since 2020, like many businesses, to stay connected with the members of our community association. It helped them have neighborhood meetings as well as our overall association continue Board and other essential work. We continue to use it, holding many hybrid meetings so people can choose how to attend. We also use the Meeting Owl Pro, which is a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

There isn't much to dislike. If I have to say something, it's that they continually "improve" the website, and I have to figure out how to find my reports all over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Platform for Remote Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

The best thing about Zoom Workplace is its ease of use and reliability. The audio and video quality are excellent, screen sharing works smoothly, and it makes remote meetings, interviews, and team collaboration simple and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Zoom Workplace works very well overall, but it can be resource-intensive on older devices during long meetings. I also think some advanced settings could be easier to find, making the interface more intuitive for new users. More customization options for notifications and meeting controls would further improve the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Classroom-Like Experience with Seamless Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I love using Zoom Workplace because it gives me a lot of flexibility and makes me feel like I'm giving sessions as if I'm in a classroom. The option to write and display as if I'm writing on a board is great for teaching, and I find the recording feature amazing as it saves time by eliminating the need to commute to school for classes. I also appreciate the ease of reservation, the integration with my calendar, and the whiteboard and chat options during interactive voice and video sessions. The setup was instantly quick and easy, which added to the overall positive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

I feel that Zoom Workplace could improve by integrating AI to automatically summarize voice and video transcripts. This would be a helpful feature to quickly review lectures without needing to go through the entire session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
