The ease of course addition and ease of issue fixes. I need the courses to be shared externally and when I was not understanding how to do so, the fix was easy. I'm just trying to see how I can make it much easier because the concept like spaces, then learning paths, then knowledge, the manuals, It can get overwhelming for especially for non techy users. Bulk of my field staff that we have are such personas. So I think a part of, the Zoho Learn, that's maybe it's not working well for me because I'm yet to figure out how to do this. But I think, we have to assume that, you know, our end users are going to be non techie. The exam should have an AI-based proctoring system where a candidate, from the examiner, can also in visual aid from a desktop and can handle 100 or 500 students at once.
