What do you like best about Zimbra Collaboration Enterprise Collaboration?

It’s a full collaboration suite, with email, calendar, and file sharing all in one place. I also like the flexibility of having both on‑prem and cloud options. It’s much cheaper than Exchange, and it feels easier to manage than a Postfix stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zimbra Collaboration Enterprise Collaboration?

The mobile experience doesn’t feel as polished as Google/Exchange. The UI also isn’t as modern as Gmail, which makes the app feel a bit dated in day-to-day use. Scaling seems to require more upfront planning than I expected, rather than feeling seamless as you grow. Overall, there are fewer integrations compared with the bigger ecosystems, which can be limiting depending on what tools you rely on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
