What do you like best about Zimbra Collaboration Enterprise Collaboration?

It’s a full collaboration suite, with email, calendar, and file sharing all in one place. I also like the flexibility of having both on‑prem and cloud options. It’s much cheaper than Exchange, and it feels easier to manage than a Postfix stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zimbra Collaboration Enterprise Collaboration?

The mobile experience doesn’t feel as polished as Google/Exchange. The UI also isn’t as modern as Gmail, which makes the app feel a bit dated in day-to-day use. Scaling seems to require more upfront planning than I expected, rather than feeling seamless as you grow.
