First and foremost are the persona capabilities; we provide contractors to our clients and the ability to create different personas for each of our contractors, and in turn their ability to switch between them seamlessly is very important to our business. **What do you dislike about Zimbra Collaboration Enterprise Collaboration?** Generally, I am not a big fan of Zimbra. The UI has an older feel to it, like the old desktop Microsoft Outlook... it could use a refresh. There are a few other minor UI complaints, but my biggest problem is overall speed; I find that Zimbra moves painfully slowly, specifically the calendar functionality. It takes upwards of 10 seconds for the calendar to register a click, which causes me endless headaches as I click and then often double click before knowing if it is working or not. Creating and editing events is painful. **What problems is Zimbra Collaboration Enterprise Collaboration solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Zimbra, we have solved the problem of how to assign our contractors to multiple clients.
