**What do you like best about Zephyr Scale?**

I like Zephyr Scale because it is easy to use and the UI is simple to understand. It has good integrations, especially with Jira, which makes my testing work easier. The performance is smooth and reliable. Pricing feels worth it. Support and onboarding are helpful, and the AI features give useful insights to improve testing.

**What do you dislike about Zephyr Scale?**

One thing I dislike about Zephyr Scale is that the UI can feel a bit confusing at first. Some features take time to understand during onboarding. The integrations are good but sometimes need better syncing. Performance can be slow with large test cases. Pricing may feel slightly high for small teams, and support response can be delayed at times.

**What problems is Zephyr Scale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zephyr Scale helps me manage all my test cases in one place and track pass or fail results easily. It solves the problem of organizing testing work and reduces manual tracking. With its Jira integration, I can link bugs quickly. This saves time, improves accuracy, and makes my overall testing process more efficient and structured.

**What do you like best about Zephyr Scale?**

This is a best tool to import testcases directly from excel sheet. Using this tool testers work is getting less than importing testcases in jira. Also best feature for this tool to make test cases pass or fail and adding attachment.

**What do you dislike about Zephyr Scale?**

There is nothing to say dislike for this tool. Best tool for tester who are using jira.

**What problems is Zephyr Scale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Befor using zephyr we have automated a scring to import a testcases in jira. but now efforts are minimized.
