**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerry S. | Senior Test Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

Creating straightforward test step and API request are easy. TestSigma's support is helpful and speed up the development process.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

- Too rigid on some test design which user must follows TestSigma way. As a result, new user takes time to learn and adapt.

  ### 3. Simple and Efficient Automation for QA Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofía Margarita T. | Ingeniero de aseguramiento de la calidad de software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

What I value most about Testsigma is its ease of use and low-code approach, which allows the QA team to automate tests without relying entirely on technical profiles. The platform facilitates the creation, execution, and maintenance of tests, which helps reduce the time spent on repetitive tasks.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

What convinces me the least about Testsigma is that, when it comes to complex or highly customized test scenarios, the flexibility is somewhat limited compared to traditional automation frameworks. Additionally, on certain occasions, the performance during executions does not reach the expected level, and I believe that error debugging could be more intuitive.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By facilitating test automation and making it more accessible, QA teams are able to work more efficiently and reduce the need for rework.

  ### 4. Easy and accessible test automation with a low-code approach

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

It is an easy-to-use tool thanks to its low-code approach. This makes test automation more accessible to users.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

What convinces me the least about the product is that, when it comes to more complex testing scenarios, the customization capability may fall short compared to more traditional automation frameworks.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testsigma helps reduce the high dependency on manual testing, which often leads to slow, repetitive processes with a higher risk of errors. By automating the most critical test cases, this tool facilitates the reduction of manual effort, optimizes QA team resources, and allows for faster release cycles.

  ### 5. Streamlined E2E Testing with TestSigma, But Suite Speed and App Updates Need Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adriana A. | Director of Software Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

TestSigma is a strong tool for end-to-end testing, significantly streamlining our team's process for approving production deployments. The intuitive interface makes creating test suites and cases straightforward, and the video recording feature is a standout, simplifying test creation and debugging. It has saved us considerable time in our E2E testing workflows.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

Our largest test suite takes around 8 hours to complete, compared to an estimated 4-6 hours for manual testing, which can slow down our cycles. Additionally, when using native app build software like Expo, upgrades often break our TestSigma test suites, requiring time-consuming manual fixes for each test case.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TestSigma simplifies end-to-end testing by enabling easy test suite and case creation with video recording, saving our team significant time in approving production deployments.

  ### 6. Great Low-Code Test Automation Platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kuldeep S. | FullStack Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

Testsigma makes it easy to create and manage automated tests without requiring deep coding knowledge. The natural language approach helps both technical and non-technical team members collaborate on testing. It integrates well with CI/CD pipelines, supports web, mobile, and API testing, and the cloud-based execution saves a lot of setup time.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

They don’t allow exporting test cases, which means you get locked in. If you ever want to move away from Testsigma, you would have to rewrite everything from scratch. That’s a big limitation for long-term flexibility.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us speed up regression testing and maintain test coverage across multiple platforms. By having both manual and automated testing in one place, our QA team reduced test maintenance time and caught bugs earlier in the release cycle. Overall, it accelerates delivery while keeping quality in check.

  ### 7. Easy-to-use tools and useful addons

the ease of the tools to execute the tests of which I like you

agents
and the addons

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

when generating addons, it can only be done with a correct structure using JAVA and not another language

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running tests in a local environment and custom configuration through the use of an agent are very practical, especially when combined with the ease of creating steps using the recorder. This combination streamlines the process and allows tests to be tailored to the specific needs of the environment.

  ### 8. Testsigma cuts our manual testing but still misses key pieces

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cédric S. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

Reusable test components save me time. I build a flow once and drop it into new scenarios without rewriting it. The platform is easy to navigate and my team spends less time on repetitive manual checks. Support answers quickly and actually helps.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

Writing and maintaining really complex tests is still harder than it should be. While step-groups and loops are helpful, they slow down the execution time drastically. Additionally the step groups have a nesting limit. Some advanced features like mailbox access or API access are locked behind higher pricing tiers.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testsigma automates a big chunk of our regression testing, so every update doesn’t turn into a full manual test cycle. The team spends less time clicking through the same flows and more time on new features, fixes, and polishing the experience for our customers. It also catches issues earlier, which means fewer last‑minute surprises and smoother releases.

  ### 9. Decent QA Tool with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce A. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

I like Testsigma for its test run feedback and videos. They help us review test runs to ensure new builds don't create issues with unrelated features, which is really valuable for our QA and testing processes.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

I don't like the limits on physical devices and seats, the reliability issues and false test runs that need fixing by re-runs. We've also been looking at other options due to the unreliability and slowness of the system. The initial setup wasn't easy.

What I like best about TestSigma is its ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical team members. The intuitive, no-code interface allows everyone—from developers to product managers—to contribute to and understand the testing process. This has fostered a more collaborative environment in our team, where everyone feels engaged in ensuring product quality.

Additionally, the seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines has been a game-changer. We can easily run our tests automatically with every build and get immediate feedback, which significantly reduces the time spent on manual testing and troubleshooting.

The ability to manage test cases, data, and execution in one central place has really improved our workflow efficiency. Overall, TestSigma provides an easy-to-use, powerful solution that truly enhances team collaboration and speed without sacrificing quality.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

While TestSigma has been a fantastic tool overall, there are a couple of areas where it could improve. Occasionally, we’ve experienced some performance issues when executing larger test suites, especially when running tests in parallel. This sometimes results in longer wait times for test results, particularly when we’re testing across multiple browsers and devices.

Another small limitation is the initial learning curve for new users. While the platform is generally intuitive, some team members have had to spend extra time getting familiar with advanced features, especially the more complex aspects of test data management and custom step creation.

That said, these issues are relatively minor compared to the overall benefits of the platform. Plus, TestSigma’s customer support has been great in addressing these challenges, and updates to the tool show a clear commitment to continuous improvement.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TestSigma has been instrumental in solving a few key problems we were facing in our testing process. One of the major challenges was maintaining a large suite of automated tests without increasing complexity or creating technical debt. Before TestSigma, we relied on traditional automation tools that required heavy scripting, which made test maintenance cumbersome and slowed down our release cycles.

By using TestSigma, we’ve been able to easily create and maintain tests using natural language, drastically reducing the time spent on writing and updating scripts. The reusable steps feature has helped us standardize our testing approach, making it easier to manage and scale as our application grows.

Furthermore, TestSigma’s integration with our CI/CD pipeline has streamlined our testing efforts. We now automatically trigger tests with each deployment, providing immediate feedback and catching potential issues earlier in the development cycle. This has led to faster release times, fewer defects in production, and an overall increase in team confidence when deploying new features.

In short, TestSigma is solving the problem of test automation complexity and inefficiency, and it’s benefiting us by improving the quality of our releases, reducing manual testing efforts, and accelerating the entire testing process.
