Capable of performing various types of tests according to needs. **What do you dislike about UNGUESS?** In general, nothing particular or specific to report: every test session conducted has always provided useful information. A couple of notes on the platform: 1. I would like it if on the "Bug Collection" page it were possible to resize the column with the list of bugs and the one with the details of the selected bug: this way I could read the details better without needing to open the specific bug page, which I rarely visit. 2. I would expect the "Download this media" button to directly download the selected image or video, instead of opening a browser tab from which to then download the item. **What problems is UNGUESS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thanks to Unguess, we are able to find and consequently resolve malfunctions of our product that are difficult to identify on our own. We would have never been able to test our product as rigorously without them. I loved how they consolidated all of the results and had a single point of contact with our QA lead - it made the whole process really easy and accessible for us. I'd absolutely use them again. **What do you dislike about UNGUESS?** There wasn't anything I disliked. There were times when the testers wouldn't follow directions, but UNGUESS remedied by asking testers to test again and adding additional testers to our group. They exceeded all of my expectations. **What problems is UNGUESS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a product that requires individual face scans of users. We're building 3D models of these faces, so there's not a good way to automate this part of our testing. We need diversity of faces, geographies, device types, etc...
