
Zeck is the board platform we didn’t know we needed—and now can’t imagine working without.
We started with Zeck just this summer, and it’s already made a huge impact. From our board committee meetings to our fall board meeting, the experience has been smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. This platform is a hit!
Zeck has everything our previous platform didn’t: it’s secure, easy to use (whether you’re creating, editing, or viewing), and offers a consistent format that still allows for creative, personalized input. But I want to focus on two things that really stand out:
1. Ease of Use
I was so used to board prep being hard and daunting that I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. But with Zeck, it never did. The process was surprisingly easy—and even enjoyable. Everyone involved, from builders to contributors to viewers, had the same reaction: “Wait, that’s it?” The transition was seamless. Onboarding, training, follow-ups, and troubleshooting—it was all prompt, professional, and helpful. There were no impersonal support tickets, just real conversations with real people who walked us through everything until we got it right.
2. The Customer Success Team
I have to give a huge shoutout to the Customer Success Team. First of all, I love that name—because it’s exactly what they deliver. “Success” is the goal, and “team” is how they operate. They’re responsive, collaborative, and genuinely invested in helping you solve whatever issue you’re facing, big or small. There’s no ego, just a shared commitment to making sure your board has the best possible experience. And honestly, calling us “customers” doesn’t even feel accurate. From day one, we’ve felt like true partners, working together toward the same goal: easy, constructive, and engaging board interactions.
In just a few short months of partnering with Zeck, we’ve had more meaningful interactions and success stories than we did in years with our old platform.
