"Customizable and Cost-Effective Practice Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I use Zanda for scheduling appointments and keeping records in my chiropractic practice, and soon I'll be using it for digital intake forms too. The customizability of Zanda is something I really appreciate, as it allows me to streamline my patient management processes without spending time on features I don't need. It gives me the option to choose from many different templates or to create forms and notes exactly how I want them. This flexibility helps free up time in my day so that I can help more people. Previously, I found other chiropractic software to be too bloated, requiring payment for features I would never use. Zanda lets me customize everything to fit my practice while being more affordable. The setup was pretty easy, with support from someone at Zanda to help me acclimate and import my clients from Pure Chiro Notes. Overall, Zanda offers many features, and I don't feel like I'm paying for features I don't use. I also use the online scheduling feature and may explore sms and email features in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I'm not really sure what doesn't work well for me. Zanda is meeting all my needs currently. I might be interested in using the sms or email feature, but I haven't taken the time to figure that out yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Vernon,

Thank you for updating your review. It’s wonderful to hear that Zanda continues to meet the needs of your chiropractic practice.

We’re especially pleased that you value the flexibility to configure your forms, notes, and workflows around the way you work. Knowing this helps you avoid unnecessary complexity, save time, and focus on helping more patients is exactly the kind of impact we hope to make.

It’s also great to hear that your setup and client import from Pure Chiro Notes went smoothly, and that you’re already making use of online scheduling. We hope digital intake forms will make collecting patient information even easier when you’re ready to introduce them.

When you decide to explore SMS or email communication, our Support Team will be happy to help you get started. You can reach them at support@zandahealth.com.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and continuing to trust Zanda with your practice.

Warm regards,

Irina

"Zanda Makes Admin Automation Easy with Regular Improvements and Great Support"
5/5
Describe the project or task Zanda (formerly Power Diary) helped with:

Zanda actively encourages users to share feedback and suggest new features, and this often leads to updates that feel both timely and relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

Zanda is well set up and easy to use. The functions it includes are genuinely useful for everyday administrative support and for automating tasks that would otherwise take a lot of time. I also appreciate how much effort the team at Zanda puts into continuously updating and improving the system and its features, which results in regular updates and ongoing improvements. On top of that, Zanda’s support is great—timely and accurate—and the AI-bot is a particularly helpful tool for getting quick answers when you’re on the go. It's well worth it. Compared to other systems I've reviewed it seemed to be the most affordable. There are also several functions you can add if needed. The pricing is very fair and transparent. Overall I find it to be very good value for what I'm paying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi there, thank you for such a thoughtful review. We’re so pleased to hear that Zanda is making everyday admin and automation easier for your practice, and that you’ve found our support team and AI assistant helpful when you need a quick answer.

It’s also wonderful to hear that you notice the regular improvements we make based on customer feedback. We really value those suggestions, and they play an important role in how Zanda continues to evolve.

Thank you as well for your feedback about navigation and the number of clicks it can sometimes take to reach certain areas. Making workflows simpler and easier to navigate is something we continue to work on, and feedback like yours helps us identify where we can improve.

We really appreciate your recommendation and are glad Zanda is delivering good value for your practice.

Warm regards,

Irina

"Worst Customer service EVER"
0/5
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

Functionailty (when it works)

The functionality is in depth and somewhat intuitive, but often parts of it don't work or are changed without notice, and this is disruptive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

The lack of customer support.

I am often gaslighted by the support team who drag their feet to get anything done, and are more worried about pink banners and name changes than fixing basic functionality.

All I can imagine is the owner spends his time patting people on the back for dramatic statements of flair within the software, whilst annoying customers with taking forever to get anything done.

If only they'd operate ethically - putting the prices up without notifying their ustomers then blaming the customer for turning off their ridiculous 3 million emails a week two years prior for not receiving the email update and thus not being aware.

This is after being told they don't send important notices via email, they will come via the Facebook group or the software.

The support and 'customer service' in this software is rubbish.

If you're looking to get a new clinic software, avoid this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerdiary is like having an assistant"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I use this for my clinical will. It gives me peace of mind knowing that, in the event of my incapacity, my clients can be notified securely and confidentially by my clinical executor, who can access everything remotely.

It also makes it easy to send forms and agreements to each client and supervisee, and I appreciate having templates and notes available in one place. The weekly reminders help me stay on track, and overall it saves me time and keeps me organized.

I love that I can use my logo and branding colours, and I can send invoices and receipts without hassle. Rarely is there an issue, and when I do need help, staff support is responsive and helpful. The pricing is okay for me as a sole practitioner, and it gives me a professional edge over other sole practitioners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

Not being able to schedule emails to send.

I also haven’t been able to find a way to use my own email address with my domain name (via ProtonMail) to send emails. Because of that, I only use the email feature for auto reminders and for sending invoices and receipts.

I can’t get the Zoom integration to work properly with my own Zoom account. I can hear clients, but I can’t see them. I don’t have the time to sort this out right now, so I’m still doing the links manually and sending them out separately from my proton mail email as scheduled emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. It’s genuinely meaningful to hear how Zanda is supporting not just your day-to-day work, but also something as important as your clinical will. Knowing that it gives you peace of mind and helps you stay organised, secure, and prepared really speaks to why the platform exists in the first place.

It’s great to hear how much value you’re getting from forms, templates, reminders, and invoicing, especially as a sole practitioner. That sense of having everything in one place and running smoothly is exactly what we aim for, and it’s wonderful to hear it’s making a real difference in your practice.

We also really appreciate you calling out the areas that haven’t quite worked as expected. Scheduling emails is something that is on our development roadmap, so please look out for our release announcements.

We understand that using a custom domain email (like ProtonMail), and getting Zoom fully set up are all important parts of your workflow, and it makes sense that when those don’t feel seamless, it adds extra effort back into your day. While some of these setups can depend on external providers or specific configurations, they’re absolutely things our team can help you work through step by step. If and when you have a moment, reaching out to support could help get your Zoom video working properly and explore options around email setup, so you can get closer to that fully streamlined experience you’re aiming for. Please reach out via support@zandahealth.com to organise a free troubleshooting settion when you are ready.

Thank you again for your kind words about the support team and for recommending Zanda to others, it means a lot. Warm regards, Irina.

"All-In-One Platform with Room for Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I use Zanda for diary management, allowing new clients to book into diary slots. I also use the invoicing and email messaging functions, as well as automated tasks and letter templates to keep things electronic. I like the integration with Zoom for video calls. Zanda provides a multifunction aspect in one place, including invoicing and messaging clients via email and text. It includes a video platform where I can store and create forms and letter templates, all in one place. It's really great that I can connect Stripe to it. I like the automations I can set up, which help with appointment reminders, and they save me time and reduce wasted actions. The library of video tutorials is really helpful, and the responsive support team assists me via chat or email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I think the diary function can be improved in terms of visuals, you don't always know that you are in the right week in your diary. As it's not always very clear. Creating diary slots could be made easier and have better functionality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Leaf, thank you for your lovely review! We're so glad to hear that Zanda helps you manage everything in one place—from automations to secure client data storage—and that you're enjoying the upgraded Zoom integration.

We also appreciate your feedback on the calendar view. We're looking into ways to make it clearer and more user-friendly, so thank you for pointing that out.

It’s great to know Zanda supports your psychotherapy practice with ease and peace of mind. We're grateful to have you with us! Warm regards, Irina

"Mature, Feature-Rich Software with a Time-Saving Client Portal"
5/5
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

Zanda is a matured software; it has many daily needed features. I like the client portal the best; it offers clients to schedule, reschedule, and request to be informed of openings - all making that I have to send fewer emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

The integrated Telehealth feature locks Zoom in. Zanda seems overall a highly privacy conscious software, Zoom seems like a contradiction to that picture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Tim, thank you for sharing your experience! It’s wonderful to hear how much time the Client Portal is saving you by giving clients more control over their appointments, and especially that Zanda is helping you create more capacity for clients while protecting your downtime.

We also appreciate you raising your concern about Zoom. Privacy and security are incredibly important to us. Telehealth powered by Zoom is designed for healthcare use and meets strict security and privacy standards, including HIPAA and GDPR compliance.

Thank you again for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback and for choosing Zanda to support your practice.

Warm regards,

Irina

"Boosts Practice Efficiency, Intuitive UI"
5/5
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I use Zanda (formerly Power Diary) for managing my practice and communication with clients, booking appointments, and running my practice in general. It helps me send out reminder messages to clients, which has definitely improved my attendance rates for sessions. The system makes managing the client diary much easier, allowing me to see when clients are booked and their future appointments. Letter writing is significantly faster, thanks to the AI—it's cut my letter writing time by half. The platform streamlines my invoicing to external providers. I find the system intuitive and easy to navigate, even for someone who isn't massively technical. Learning the system was quite easy for me. I also appreciate the support options; Zanda's support team has good response times and offers helpful responses. I find the note-taking function useful during client sessions, allowing me to access session notes quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I know the AI write function is probably still in beta. I do have a few problems with that sometimes. When I ask specific questions or have specific requirements for report writing, it can be a bit problematic. Sometimes I have to log in and out of Zanda to get what I need out of that function. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's just been a little up and down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi there, thank you for such a thoughtful review! It’s great to hear Zanda is helping you manage appointments, reminders, invoicing, notes, and client communication more easily, and especially that the AI tools have helped cut your letter-writing time in half.

We also appreciate you sharing your experience with the AI writing feature. It should make your work easier, so we’re sorry to hear it has been inconsistent at times. Feedback like this helps us continue improving the experience. If the issue with needing to log out and back in continues, please reach out to our support team at support@zandahealth.com so we can take a closer look.

Thanks again for choosing Zanda and for taking the time to share your experience.

"Zanda’s Easy Scheduling and Reminders Make Clinic Admin a Breeze"
5/5
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

The most helpful features of Zanda are its easy scheduling tools, such as a simple button to create recurring appointments, individual appointments, and group appointments. If I need to reschedule, it’s straightforward to drag and drop, with details easily edited in the side panel. The automated SMS and email reminders are perfect for staying on top of sessions. It’s also helpful that Zanda allows custom note templates and email templates to be created. Overall, it has the best features for an allied health clinic, as it supports multi-practitioner calendars that are visible at a glance, Medicare billing, and easy admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

Staff onboarding may take some time while everything is being configured; however, the video tutorials can help support the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

It is not super user friendly on handheld devices (i.e. phone) which can make accessibility hard when not in clinic. We have also had a few issues with our transcripts deleting and having to start session notes again Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
