**What do you like best about Readymode?**

I use Readymode for Sales and Marketing. It helps solve all telecommunications problems by providing faster communication channels and connections. I like the ease of usage and the technical support available when needed. Readymode's optimization of data penetration is also valuable. Its reporting tools allow me to see overall performance and make educated decisions. I appreciate the ability to make changes to data without missing a beat, which streamlines processes for better business conduct. The initial setup was awesome, and the cost and performance, along with the ease of usage, made switching from VICI dialer systems worthwhile.

When there's a system outage, it's hard to get information from the technical support department. It usually has to go to the back of the house support to get an answer or resolution in a timely manner.

I like Readymode's AI feature. The fact that its dialer is quick and finds leads fast is great. Its inbound leads are also just as good. I love how I don't have to manually dial clients; the intelligent AI handles it while I can just do my job. The setup is very simple – just sign in, get your info and script ready, and start dialing.

The one thing that could be improved about Readymode is most definitely sometimes with certain calls, there's a little glitch, and sometimes the call doesn't work.

**What do you like best about Readymode?**

I find Readymode fast and quick, and I appreciate that it barely misses or lags, which makes it straightforward to use. I also value the new fire insurance and the call log features. They are useful for saving information and taking notes during calls. Setting up Readymode was very easy and quick, and it's pretty straightforward as well. I also genuinely recommend it to everyone I know who uses a CRM system.

**What do you like best about Readymode?**

What strikes one straight away is the to the point control of the call outcomes Readymode has. We are able to implement certain required fields per disposition, and make sure essential compliance notes do not get lost. The dynamic scripting of the system changes dynamically according to the various client segments on the fly ensuring that the appropriate disclosures are always conveyed without the agents having to perform manual checks. It renders our audit trails very strong and extremely detailed.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

It is a little more cumbersome in that our audit team manages granular user permissions within the system than is expected. It would be convenient that historical script versioning is more directly associated to individual call records as part of long term compliance checks. The creative workarounds were also taken to automate the communications of certain sensitive call dispositions to their external alerts.

**What problems is Readymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our key problem was always to comply with the requirements of complex regulations disclosures in thousands of outbound calls. Agents used to be supplied with either printouts or memorable data which brought inconsistency in information and auditing of posts or call after calls was extremely slow and error prone. Since we have implemented Readymode we are sure that all the disclosures are done accurately. The qualification time spent by our compliance group to verify past calls is very minimal and our total regulatory risk exposure has reduced tremendously.

**What do you like best about Readymode?**

I quite like the smart list pace in Readymode. It helps our agents prioritize quality discussions by ensuring they do not have to take back to back calls which would leave no time to review a prospects file. One more of our major wins is the extremely flexible dispositioning options. We are able to go as granular as possible on why an outreach campaign worked or not, which provides us with incredibly precise information to we can maximize our niche campaign efforts.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

A reasonable amount of trial and error is required to get the advanced custom reports just right. There is some even steep learning curve when first learning the product, when you want to be really elaborate and designed with a multi-stage call flow. The navigation of some of the less used settings areas can be more intuitive at times.

**What problems is Readymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The major task that we found was difficult to manage was a very specific as well as personalized follow up schedule on our high value B2B prospects. Previously we would have a spreadsheet that we were manually updating, each one of us checking who was next to be called back or emailed and this was not consistent and sometimes we lost windows of opportunity. Its auto-piloting of a contact to the most relevant next step given how we currently use Readymode means that we actually reach out when it is timely and relevant 100 percent of the time. We are actually very successful in developing complex sales cycles than before as we are always striking those right moments of re-engagement.

**What do you like best about Readymode?**

Readymode predictive dialing features is the main controller that determine what time is suitable to calling certain leads based on their contact details, adjusting dialing interval for agents based on their preference and performance, it is all to improve agents efficiency and to get the best ROI return. Customer support played a major role in implementing and configuring the dialer system with CRM, the system is live in less than a week, we predict to use it around 1 month after, but they do work fast.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

Some issue with callback scheduling that didn't reschedule calls automatically, usually the system will show prompt to proceed with reschedule, but many time the prompt not pop-up, agent had to mark it themselves, it wasn't a big problem, but can saves agents time if it working correctly.

We use call recording to record agent conversation with client, it is important to record it for training and performance tracking. We also deploy session queuing system to hold the call until agent is available and ensure customer is not hang-up the call.

**What do you like best about Readymode?**

Readymode simplify outbound marketing call with its simple automation tools, loved the voice activity detection that only connect caller agent with the number if a real human voice is responding to the call and automatically end the call if it is connected to voice machine. Installing auto dialer module with the call system is easy, it help saves agent time by auto dialing number on the lead list and display lead information before connecting to the call.

What I don't like with Readymode is with their advanced features that is difficult to learn and operate, agent need to finish all the training module before operating the system. Integration with Zapier is a bit shaky at first, but customer support helped to correctly connect between the two software, no issues after the fix.

I like most that Readymode does this effectively while tracking KPIs and has good support. The KPIs are what tell us what we need to do to move certain levers in our business to achieve our revenue goals. And when we need help to get something fixed, Readymode is always able to get it done in a timely manner.

I think it's kind of expensive. Compared to other things, so pricing's kinda high. But other than that, I don't think there's a lot to could be improved.

**What do you like best about Readymode?**

The best tools that we use daily is the predictive calling features, not only to filtering high-quality leads, but it also run the auto-dialer system that automatically call number on the list, and find available sales agent to connect with it. It also so intelligent that route the call based on agent pace and giving them a few minutes to learn about the leads details before proceeding to call it. Navigation wise, the dashboard design is simple, easy for me to find tools I need quickly while on conversation with prospect.

Only some minor issues that not really impacting my work efficiency like frozen screen or low volume bugs, which is usually is solved by the customer service in the same day. I don't have other thing to complain, mostly is business like usual.

Easy navigation to find tools like lead details, customer contact information or telephonic marketing scripts. The auto-dialer system make the process easier, marketing agents don't need to dial the phone number manually anymore, the predictive dialer feature make the dialing system automated thus making the whole phone dialing process faster. The most valuable thing is with the dashboard design, it is so simple that I can view all the matric like leads insight or compliance management menu on one interface.

System performance has some issues, opening 3-4 tools at the same time can cause the screen froze or slow to load. Need to close the system, re-login back to fixing the problem and continue to use it.

Solve issue with slow number dialing and agent have to wait for each call to be pick-up, excellent benefits after the implementation, better result in phone marketing.

**What do you like best about Readymode?**

Readymode has granular control of multi touch client engagement sequences which I think is the best feature I like about it. It is now possible to develop insanely accurate communication channels with various segments of clients to ensure they get the right information at the right time during product adoptions. This allows our staff to really concentrate on taking clients through their process as opposed to dialing. The readymode also minimizes mental effort of agent significantly to show the proper context and subsequent action.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

The flexibility of the SMS templating system is one of the things that I do not like. It renders dynamic personalisation in texts a little too clunky in more complex client scenarios. Moreover, it is less than totally natural to sort through long records of calls trying to locate certain training situations. Finer grained control might be provided by some of the user permission settings.

**What problems is Readymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Changes in proactive client engagement were our greatest problem: there were gaps in it, which resulted in the underuse of the features and the consequent churn. Prior to Readymode our client success team was not able to use a systematized approach to take each client through critical stages of product education and value realization. We currently possess a powerful system that will help us get through the whole life cycle of the client using automated reminders and step-by-step communication. This has not only changed our client relationships to proactive value delivery as opposed to reactive support but it has increased the product adoption and retention rates significantly.

Honestly, the biggest win with Readymode is the dialing engine. That power dialer capability is a game changer. Our agents can blast through lists in a way manual dialing never allowed. We're talking reaching potentially hundreds of leads per hour, not just a handful, dramatically increasing contact rates. I also really appreciate the robust reporting; it gives clear visibility into agent activity and call outcomes right away. Plus, the ability to build dynamic scripts ensures everyone is on message, which is super valuable for consistency.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

It's not perfect, though. Sometimes the user interface feels a little dated compared to some newer platforms out there. While the core functions are solid, navigating certain settings or finding specific reports can occasionally be less intuitive than I'd like. Also, getting truly custom reporting can require a bit more effort than just clicking a few buttons, which can be a slight hurdle for deeper analysis.

Before Readymode, our team was stuck making manual dials, maybe hitting 20-30 leads an hour, mostly getting voicemails or no answers. It was incredibly inefficient and demoralizing. Readymode completely flipped that script by automatically connecting agents only to live people and skipping all the dead ends like busy signals and answering machines. Now, agents spend the majority of their time actually having conversations with prospects. This means we're booking way more meetings and ultimately closing deals much faster because we're maximizing agent talk time and minimizing wasted effort.

**What do you like best about Readymode?**

Outbound calling is simplified and quicker through Readymode. Its predictive dialing capability enables us to make more leads without wasting any idle time after every call. Our CRM is also connected to the tool, meaning that our data is always up-to-date and the reps do not need to copy the information manually. In general, Readymode increases productivity, call speed, and conversation rates on the part of the whole team.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

The only thing I do not like is that some more advanced options of customization could be slightly difficult to find at first. At some point, the platform has also been suffering some minor performance drags when there are high rates of usage. I further would like a greater number of explicit integrations with the broader set of third party marketing tools. These are minor details yet should be mentioned to be enhanced.

Readymode is a genius solution to the issue of slow deployment and creation of web pages. Prior to the establishment of the Readymode, developing new marketing campaigns was a bottleneck that needed continuous developer support. In many cases we lost opportunities because of too long lead times in assembling pages. Today, pages that are capable of full functionality can be developed and rolled out by our marketing team in several hours, as opposed to days or weeks, hours earlier. This flexibility enables us to respond easily to the market patterns and send out our messages in time. It has made our efficiency in launching the campaign really high.

**What do you like best about Readymode?**

I absolutely like the visual builder of Readymode. It makes development of sophisticated web pages to be very easy. The drag and drop feature implies that I will be able to create beautiful layouts without coding. Its live analytics dashboard is yet another massive plus. I become capable of observing the performance of my campaigns in real time and perform immediate corrections. This saves me many hours and hours of work every day.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

A small weakness is that it has a small learning curve to learn its more advanced features. A slight learning curve is required when learning what is beyond page building. I would like to see some more direct integrations to niche marketing tools. They would also make my work process even easier. All in all these are minor concerns of an otherwise solid platform.

The major problem that is solved using readymode is the headache of slow developing web pages. Prior to the usage of it, it required developers to take days and weeks to launch new campaigns before usage. It amounted to a colossal bottleneck in our marketing efforts and was quite frustrating. At the moment, I can create and deploy perfectly optimized landing pages within a few hours. Such speed enables us to respond to market dynamics fast and to considerably increase our rates of conversions. It has changed the way we deploy our campaign.

**What do you like best about Readymode?**

Readymode has allowed us faster access to reaching more potential clients! The most frustrating part of our entire day is calling dial tones all day and getting through to few people. Readymode allows us to take the frustration out of our day by connecting us directly with clients whom have already answered and are ready to talk! We also can get through many more leads without having to lift a finger. With this dialer it has just made work much easier in getting someone on the phone as well. Id rather have a bunch of answers than listen to the dialing from the other platform we used.

The only issue I've ever encountered was not being heard by a client but as soon as we reach out with our concern we were met with excellent customer service and got our issue resolved fast!

Readymode is allowing us to have more time to actually talk. Less frustration sitting talking to nobody all day. We have access to all of our callbacks right on the main page, I never have to worry about missing any callbacks backs because I can have readymode call it when I have my callback set for! I also have set more appointments with the dialer which has helped improve my sales, talk time and focus on the call itself!

Call support center and call marketing operation is simplified, we use predictive dialer everyday, it is easy to use, higher connection rate, and automatic dialing. I can focus more on conversation and engagement with customer while reach research and information is provided by the system. It is easier this way.

The dynamic scripts helped me to engage and close more deal with customer, but it does make me feel like a robot while having conversation with customer/prospect.

I love how easy it is to organize my callbacks and how easy it is to use. it has crystal clear voice calling, which is crucial for personal and professional communication. I use this everyday and the app is simple and easy to use for anyone. The customer service is amazing, any issue I've ever had has been resolved in a timely manor. This service has a very easy sign up process and implementing it for my work was very seamless. This service also integrates smoothly across all devices. the perfect app to call anyone.

I dislike the dependency of internet connection, if there's any issue with wireless connection calls usually cut out pretty fast. I think the call result options could be a little more thorough.

The functionality of Readymode stands out because it supports numerous tools as well as platforms. This makes it very versatile. The software enables us to connect it easily to our CRM and email marketing platforms. Our automated campaigns become possible through the connexion between different apps. Email production becomes simple for anyone including those with limited technical skills because of the drag-and-drop interface design. Learning the system presents difficulties for new users because they need time to master the sophisticated features. I love the reliability of Readymode’s call quality through peak hours. What we find is that it keeps our connections nice and stable so we can run sales calls without interruptions. More positively, the frequency of updates is another plus, in that we get new features or improvements regularly, but it doesn’t disrupt our workflow. Having such features like call scripting and live monitoring, our team get focused and works on the campaign.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

Something I don’t like is with Readymode’s learning curve is so steep for new team members. Features are very extensive but it also delays the getting comfortable with all the tools so that becomes a first problem. The other problem is that the app doesn’t do everything, which makes office workers who rarely visit the office feel inconvenient. These limitations make it slower to adapt to new workflow and having less team flexibility in general.

What I like the most about Readymode is how it writes and streamlines the content creation process. We can easily publish directly from the platform, since the CMS seamlessly integrates into the platform. Because it is so user friendly, my team can also easily work together on the documents. Customizing content templates has been a big time saver in itself, and the ability to present things consistently on all of our work.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

The initial setup of Readymode has been one thing that I’ve found challenging, but for the most part so far I feel it has performed exactly expected. The same while simple once you’ve gotten over the learning curve, the configuration period can be a little bit lengthy if you have a big group or complicated workflows. Furthermore, though the platform is generally very good at working with most types of content, there are some limitations around content that is more multimedia heavy and even at times really frustrating.

The thing about Readymode that stands out to me is that it helps our team communication. Efficiently creating, organizing and sharing documents has been a huge time saver thanks to its original way. I also enjoy the fact that it’s totally interoperable with Slack and Google Workspace. That being said, this makes it easier for everyone to find the information you need at the first click without the need to switch between apps. The biggest downside of Readymode is that sometimes document and project files may take a while to load. It generally runs fine but sometimes there’re delays when accessing particularly large file. I really like how Readymode makes our outbound efforts consistent. Downtime is prevented, helping to keep agents at a focus. We can easily adjust dialing speeds so we can switch strategies depending on the type of campaign we’re running. With its streamlined interface, the distraction free interface helps the agents focus on leads. It also makes sure that each call is handled in an orderly fashion, and that the overall outreach effectiveness and follow up rates are improved.

The downside of Readymode is that sometimes working on large campaigns you can feel calls repeating. The system is efficient but can be harder to motivate agents when the call flow is not varied. The other issue is that it takes a while to adjust contact lists, which means sometimes you misdial or you send out duplicate outreach. Refinements to the interface are also in order to feel as though you are not just jumping from one campaign to another.

I’ve been using Ready Mode for over a year now, and I can say it has been a game-changer for my past workflow. The best thing about Ready Mode is how it dials for you. With the previous ring central that we used, I was constantly clicking and dialing manually, which took up a lot of time. And with Ready Mode, I can let the system handle all the calls for me. It automatically dials through the leads, and when someone picks up, all I have to do is start talking. This has made my job so much easier and more efficient. It has saved alot of time and gone through way more leads than clicking and dialing.

Overlapping call screens or ghost calls. Often you'll be on a call and if another call comes into ready mode, it will block you from seeing your original calls information. Can be very frustrating if you are trying to input that information into another system I.e. Sunbase but the info isn't available due to this issue.

Automation has to be one of Readymode’s top features. It does it job of handling repetitive tasks and does so well, saving us at least five hours a week. The other part which is noteworthy is the customization options as we can customize it to suit our requirements with no problem at all. Moreover, it fits right in with our existing tools, which means the transfer is smooth and easy.

Readymode is normally solid dependable software however from time to time Readymode will encounter issues that can result in incremental delays. For example, the syncing would sometimes take longer than expected and some temporary confusion would occur. In addition, I would also like the mobile app to be more stable and crashes at times when I use it a for long time.

Prior to the deployment of Readymode, it was quite cumbersome to streamline our operations using several applications and additional interventions. However, with the Readymode in place, all these tasks happen automatically, and on the same application. The brightest example is how it has made our approval working efficient – before, we wasted days just requesting approvals via emails. However, it is done instantly and this has cut down the time we have to spend as well as the amount of energy wasting.

The Readymode really catches my eye with its quick turnaround time in email campaigns launch. The streamlined process has greatly reduced what time it takes to go from planning to sending emails. The other advantage is that you can work on a team effortlessly with everyone able to provide their feedback or corrections in real time. It has shortened our ability to finish projects quicker and with greater volunteering.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

Of course, Readymode has reasonable templates, but the choice is not very vast in my opinion. Often, it is more important to have more differentiation to offer more unique campaigns. There is also another disadvantage where despite the fact that the platform is easy to use, this may take some time before a user is able to understand how to utilize the more complex tools of the product. This learning curve was a little tough at the beginning especially if we were to develop an approach to quickly start new campaigns.

The biggest benefit of using Readymode had been that it has made email design way easier. There’s no longer a need to pester designers for polished branded emails. Our saving of time with the customizable templates has been fantastic, and being able to play with different designs has really helped us refine our approach. I love how Readymode helps teams work together on campaigns better. It’s easy for managers to help agents without interrupting calls with the call scripts and real time coaching tools that the software shares. Call recording and playback features enable us to whip our strategies into shape based on how actual conversations turned out. Secondly, it can quite handle big call volumes and is reliable when handling large volumes of calls, so we never worry about downtime even with the peak hour.

What I don’t like about this Readymode is the fact that it has very limited dialing modes compared to competition. Sometimes it’s beneficial to have less rigidity on the dialling for certain campaigns but it lacks that. Moreover, the quality of voice on calls is not so robust sometimes and that create a nonprofessional picture during conversations that are not good for our business and retain a low impression for the prospective customers especially in crucial talks.

For us, Readymode has the solution to the problem of low agent productivity. The agents never have to wait for their next call,  instead the platform tries to minimize the idle time between the call and an agent. **What do you like best about Readymode?**

The thing that I most like about Readymode is all the planning that helps you plan the content process. Especially helpful is that it keeps everything streamlined and allows my team to coordinate better. The fact that we can pull all the data that we need from one place drastically cut down on missing data and we’ve seen big increases in efficiency on our day to day operations. And it’s also very helpful in editing deadlines and making sure tasks are completed on time.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

Probably one of the biggest demerits of Readymode is that it cannot do much when placed offline. It becomes difficult to access the platform or make updates if you do not have internet connection and may make work slow down when you’re mobile or in places where internet connection is unstable. This is a limitation that personally affects me since am required to work sometimes in limited connections zones or on the move.

A problem that Readymode has been incredibly helpful in solving is the organization problem within our team. **What do you like best about Readymode?**

The best aspect of the Readymode is the ability to provide feedback while the agent is talking with the customer to provide instructions and not break that flow. This has helped assure our team and enhanced the nature of service we are able to provide. Also, large quantity capability makes sure that we are able to achieve our goals during every campaign without big disruptions, especially during a high call volume, which given time constraints helps us a lot.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

One thing about Readymode that I hate a little is the sometimes drop in call quality during busy times. This can lead to having a hard time of communicating with customers in a way that is clear to them, ultimately impacting your customers experience and our overall success rate. The gamification features are under developed and could have been a good method of keeping agents motivated on the long campaigns. The issue also exists if you have no connection at all, the whole call thing gets lost in the ether.

Through its predictive dialing feature, which ensures agents are engaged, Readymode helps us handle issues of productivity. In addition, the customer satisfaction goes higher when the agents are able to handle calls more confidently due to support like live coaching and instant feedback. In turn these solutions have streamlined our operations and enhanced campaign results. Additionally, the software gives us the strong reporting tools to be able to track our success effectively.

**What do you like best about Readymode?**

I’ve been using this dialer for a while now, and I’m thoroughly impressed! It’s user-friendly, efficient, and the call quality is excellent. I love how quickly it connects calls, how it dials through ALL of our leads and we have over 100k leads for the dialer to go through. Instead of clicking and dialing the leads, were able to get through all of them with this dialer. The call quality is good, and all you have to do is sit there and talk. Meaning you can put more focus on the person you are talking to rather than. Im also in a manager role here in the call center and I like the customer service and features I can use when uploading and listening to calls as well.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

The only thing I dislike is that there are still some features I don’t fully understand or know how to take advantage of. They have the tools to get you there, i just need more hours in the day!

**What problems is Readymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The dialer helps me and others in my call center time by reducing the manual effort required for calling the leads like we used too. The dialer has helped us get more people on the phone, utilize more opportunity for old leads, and help generate more appointments by getting more people on the phone! We also have over 100k leads, which click and dialing did not do justice. We were missing out on so many leads, now they are all getting called!

**What do you like best about Readymode?**

Making thousands of call and receive thousand of call everyday isn't an issues with Readymode, they has perfecting the traffic management and the heavy call traffic will not deminishing call audio quality. Loved the prerecorded voice broadcast that is played automatically after the call is answered and the launch of IVR (interactive voice response) afterward to collect and retrive caller infromation and their support inquiry before the call is passed to customer support reps. Overall, Readymode has simplified a manual work that supposedly need 20 minute to complete to 5 minute operation using the automation and advanced caller tools.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

Only minor drawback with the audio quality, which sometime, the automated responding record audio is not too clear and customer have to repeat the IVR 2-3 times to fully understand the instruction and option. This issue is still not solved until today.

**What problems is Readymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Power dialer tools that preconfigure leads number and automatically distibute the call to agents and assign them with a new call a few minutes after they are finish with the previous call. It helped agents to save the time from manually find leads number, information, and to make the call one-by-one. Branded call features also increase call answering rate by displaying company name on the outbound calls, which customer can recognize the call source and they happily will take the call, instead of nameless caller infromation.

Creative flexibility is one of the standout features of Readymode. This variety of design options is great because each campaign we produce fits perfectly to our branding guidelins. What I especially love, is our ability to plug in dynamic content blocks that allow us to customize messages to showcase previous interactions with our customers without an extra manual part involved. Certainly, we have seen campaigns improve the engagement rates from being able to personalize messaging on such a large scale with this ability.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

Readymode provides so much flexibility, but it can be a little overwhelming, there’s just so much to do. It’s easy for us as a small team to get caught up in all the options, and work out the perfect settings for each campaign can eat up more time than you can spare. It would be simplified with less options to it for the sake of a simpler interface. It has a steep learning curve, but some training makes it manageable and the tool becomes more intuitive the more we use it.

Streamlining out content management process has been greatly aided by Readymode. Everything from campaign design to customer insight is in one place, helping us be more efficient. **What do you like best about Readymode?**

I like how efficiently Readymode has established call management when receiving a large amount of calls. It is easier for any new staff joining the platform to understand and master what is required of him or her in undertaking the assigned roles. Our CRM integration has been done nicely so that there is little to no data entry and overall work optimization is done well. Also, versatility is one of the greatest assets of the program, making it easy to track and build improvement on productivity.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

In its functionality, Readymode has the following drawbacks, including bad quality of calls when Readymode is slow, which challenges our team’s performance. That has impacted the extent to which the recipients were able to respond to high call volumes appropriately. Furthermore, the reporting features are slightly more formal than they should be in that they cannot be easily customized to provide the kind of view that one may need to assess performance indicators.

I especially like that through Readymode creating and editing content for cooperation is easy. The construction of the platform is very clear and plain and permits quick generation and distribution of visuals to enhance our crew prevalence. Also, working with other applications, such Google Drive and Slack, it has allowed us to stay well organized and update teams on our performance.

Concerning Readymode disadvantages, it is difficult to specify a wide number of templates for designs that meet our company’s branding needs and requirements. As a collaboration tool, the platform is amazing, but it does not have more complex design aspects that some of our projects need. This has resulted to certain drawbacks whenever the modeler is normally trying to model more complex or elaborate patterns, or more often reduces the overall productivity.
