"Streamlined Sales Calls with Efficient Script Display"
5/5
What do you like best about Readymode?

What I like most about Readymode is how it brings together several tools I use every day into one platform, which makes my workflow faster and more organized. The auto-dialer, script display, customer profiles, calendar scheduling, and the built-in calling and email features are especially valuable.

For instance, the auto-dialer saves me time by cutting down on manual dialing, so I can focus more on actually speaking with customers. The script display is also extremely helpful because it keeps my conversation guide right in front of me while I’m on a call. That makes it easier to follow the right talking points, stay consistent, and avoid missing important details.

I also rely on the customer profile display regularly. Having a customer’s information visible while I’m speaking with them helps me quickly understand their situation and keep the conversation more personal, instead of constantly switching between different screens or systems.

The calendar scheduling feature makes it simpler to manage appointments and follow-ups, and the calling and email tools let me handle different types of customer communication from the same place.

One unexpected benefit I’ve noticed is that having both the script and customer information available together makes me feel more confident during calls. I spend less time searching for what I need and more time engaging with the customer. Overall, Readymode helps me save time, stay focused, and manage more customer interactions efficiently. What do you dislike about Readymode?

One area where I think Readymode could improve is performance. I occasionally experience sudden call disconnections, which interrupt conversations with clients and sometimes force me to reconnect or restart the interaction. Better connection stability would make the calling experience far more reliable.

The UI/UX could also be more flexible. The interface feels somewhat limited in terms of available options, and more customization and improved navigation would make it easier to adapt the platform to different workflows.

I’d also like to see stronger AI capabilities. Right now, the AI doesn’t offer much real-time assistance during conversations. For example, it would be helpful if the AI could automatically switch to the appropriate script based on what the customer is saying and suggest relevant responses to the agent. Real-time captions or CC while the customer is speaking would also be useful, both for clearer understanding and to ensure important details aren’t missed.

On the integrations side, adding WhatsApp support would be a valuable improvement. Customers could send their information directly through WhatsApp instead of having to spell out details over a phone call, which could reduce misunderstandings and make communication more convenient for both agents and customers.

From a pricing and ROI perspective, these improvements would increase the platform’s value. Better reliability, stronger AI assistance, and additional communication channels could help agents handle more conversations efficiently.

Finally, stronger onboarding and support around new features would help. Clear guidance on how to use advanced features and integrations could make it easier for users to get more value from the platform. Overall, Readymode has useful core features, but improvements to stability, UI flexibility, integrations, and real-time AI assistance would make it a much more powerful solution. "Organized Experience with Seamless Auto Dialing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Readymode?

The best thing i experience while I'm dialing is Auto answering when receiving calls so i don't have to use the mouse a lot and click each and every time i get a call unlike another Dialer i was using in my previous job that's really quicker and help me get more leads Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Readymode?

The thing I dislike most is when I transfer a call to our licensed agent while I still have the customer on the line. Once I connect the agent, all three of us are on the same line, and the ringing sound is really annoying and bothers customers. I also can’t speak with them while the connection is happening, because the ringing makes it difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Readymode?

One thing I’d like to see improved in Readymode is the level of customization. It would be helpful to have more action buttons and the ability to customize the interface and workflow based on individual needs. "Effortless CRM with Stellar Interface and Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Readymode?

I like Readymode's interface because it's highly efficient and easily learnable, even for newcomers. The ability to store records during and after calls for proper documentation and reference is something I find quite valuable. The automated dialing feature is great, as it simplifies the entire work process by handling both outbound and inbound calls effortlessly—it definitely gets a thumbs up from me for making my work easier. What do you dislike about Readymode?

The break timing in Readymode is a bit of a hassle. It logs you out quickly if you just stay on a break for a minute, which means you have to log in and out way too often. It's just something that could be improved to avoid constantly having to log back in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Auto Dialer and CRM with Minor Glitches"
4/5
What do you like best about Readymode?

I love the auto dialer; it's incredible and seamless. I use Readymode to log my calls, take notes, set callbacks, and disposition calls. It helps me reach out to prospects and manage multiple touchpoints efficiently. It keeps dialing, allowing me to stay busy and productive. The software is a great solution overall, and I got fluent with it within 24 to 48 hours, thanks to tutorial videos that made the setup really seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Readymode?

Sometimes I face some connecting issues, like when I go online, it says "phone connected" but doesn't actually connect for a long time. It's a bit annoying because then I have to contact the tech team or make a callback before it sorts itself out. And sometimes after disposition, the disposition part goes blank, and I'm not sure how to fix it, so I have to sign out and sign back in. These hiccups aren't major, but they can be a little frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Cold-Calling Productivity, But Connection Rates Need Improvement"
3/5
What do you like best about Readymode?

ReadyMode has been a huge help for managing high-volume outbound calling. The power dialer keeps the workflow smooth, and the call disposition system makes it easy to stay organized without wasting time. I also like how simple it is to manage lead lists and quickly move between calls. It has definitely improved my productivity and lets me spend more time actually talking to prospects instead of dealing with manual tasks. Overall, it’s been a reliable tool for real estate cold calling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Readymode?

My main concern is the connection rate. The dialer places a very high number of calls in a short period of time, but the percentage of actual connections is relatively low compared to the number of dials. Also, most of the phone numbers in my lists are on the AT&T network, and I’ve noticed those numbers seem to have lower answer rates. Improving call delivery and connection rates, especially for AT&T numbers, would make a big difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Doubles Dialing Power, Needs Stronger Leads"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Readymode?

I really like Readymode because of how many numbers I can dial in a day. It keeps me busy all day, consistently on the phone, and pitching someone, which I appreciate. It allows me to get way more practice than any other dialer I've used, as I can reach about a 100 dials in just two hours. There are actually more things it offers, and once I got used to it, I could see its additional capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Readymode?

One thing I think could definitely be improved is the type of leads we're getting. Sometimes it feels like people have no idea what we're talking about, so it would be great to have stronger leads. However, given that we're paying $500 a week, which is really low, it's hard to complain much about the quality of the leads. Also, it took me a while to get used to Readymode because I was used to another dialer, Commvoso, but once you get the hang of it, it offers a lot more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Streamlines Sales Calls"
5/5
What do you like best about Readymode?

I really like how Readymode makes handling both incoming and outgoing calls smooth and organized. It's super simple to use, especially for navigating from prospect to prospect, which makes the sales cycle a lot easier. I appreciate how easy it is to mark a callback or categorize leads with just two or three clicks, saving me a lot of time. Everything I need is right there in front of me, which is way better than scrolling through drop-down menus. Plus, the initial setup was super easy and took just about two minutes, so I was ready to go in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Readymode?

The only thing I would critique is that when dialing a phone number, the process could be more efficient. There's no call button after entering the number; you have to press enter instead. It's a small issue, but something that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Dialing with Excellent Call Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Readymode?

I really like how Readymode manages call intervals. It gives a good amount of time between calls, so it doesn't feel stressful. Unlike other dialers where calls are back to back, Readymode makes it feel like I can breathe and do my job like a real person, not a machine. It's also easy to use, with features like call dispositioning that are seamless, allowing me to handle calls efficiently without jumping through multiple screens. I appreciate how the CRM functionality lets me access and manage information quickly in a professional manner, almost like a true CRM system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Readymode?

sometimes it makes it hard to connect the audio, rarely says ''connecting'' and it takes a while or a bit sometimes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
