Does anyone have a standard way to get around the channel-list permanent association
I use another software as my CRM and ReadyMode just for dialing. In this set up my lists are filtered outside and just sent to ReadyMode for dialing so I rely heavily on the channels to upload prospect data. What does the Advanced section generally do?
Any suggested or recommended resources or reference to explore what I can do with it?
Why does Round numbers of Leads under Campaigns is different compared to the numbers appearing when you're customizing your Playlist and clicking on the Times Called.
We are checking our Lead Health daily to ensure that we have good leads to dial. In the Campaign section, we will see the actual Lead Health of each list together with a Round number.
