**What do you like best about xAmplify?**

As someone in HR , I’m constantly looking for tools that not only streamline processes but also drive real alignment across teams and partners. xAmplify has been that rare find. It bridges the gap between our marketing, sales, and partner teams with incredible ease. The co-branded campaigns feature is especially impressive, it allows our marketing team to scale outreach with partners without creating bottlenecks and be a frequent users. 

From an HR lens, I also love how easy it’s been to onboard new team members onto the platform. The UI is clean, intuitive, and requires almost no learning curve. It’s helped us reduce friction and ramp up productivity, especially during remote onboarding and integrating with HR platforms.

**What do you dislike about xAmplify?**

Honestly, nothing major. Initially, we had a few minor customization requests for internal workflows, but the support team was extremely responsive and quick to roll out updates.

**What problems is xAmplify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

xAmplify helps us maintain alignment across internal and external stakeholders. We now have consistent messaging, faster execution of partner campaigns, and better visibility into engagement metrics. This has translated into not only higher partner satisfaction but also a more engaged internal team.

**What do you like best about xAmplify?**

What stands out is how xAmplify removes friction from our partner campaigns. The co‑branded campaign automation is a total game‑changer—it lets us launch polished, on‑brand materials in a few clicks, instead of coordinating back-and-forth with agencies or designers. Segmentation is sharp and simple: we direct the right messaging to the right channel partner without using spreadsheets or manual lists.

The platform’s interface feels intuitive, even for less tech-savvy colleagues. Plus, their onboarding team was exceptional—guiding us seamlessly across global teams.

**What do you dislike about xAmplify?**

There’s honestly minimal downside. If I must point out something, it would be the email template editor—having some more drag‑and‑drop flexibility would be nice. And perhaps a deeper knowledge base for self-service support would add value.

**What problems is xAmplify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, launching partner-targeted campaigns took days of coordination—assets, approvals, contact list clean‑up. Now, everything is centralized. We spin up targeted campaigns in minutes and get real-time analytics. The result? Higher partner engagement and internal resource savings that let us focus on strategy, not logistics.

**What do you like best about xAmplify?**

xAmplify has been a huge value-add for how we manage and scale our partner outreach. The ability to run co-branded campaigns effortlessly is a standout feature—it cuts out the manual back-and-forth and helps us maintain consistency across all our partner communications.

What we really appreciate is the clarity and control, Ease of Implementation, Ease of Integration made our team to use xAmplify frequently. The platform is intuitive, onboarding was smooth, and the support team is proactive and knowledgeable. It’s made it easier for us to engage partners globally without needing a large marketing operations team.

**What do you dislike about xAmplify?**

There’s nothing major, but we’d love to see more customization options when designing email templates and landing pages. Also, adding a few advanced analytics filters would make campaign performance insights even more actionable.

**What problems is xAmplify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before xAmplify, our partner marketing was fragmented. Coordinating campaigns, ensuring branding consistency, and tracking performance took up too much time and effort. Now, everything is centralized and streamlined. We can target partners effectively, launch campaigns faster, and track results in real time. That’s helped improve both efficiency and partner engagement.

**What do you like best about xAmplify?**

xAmplify has completely transformed how we engage with our partners. The co-branded campaign automation is a huge win, it allows us to create and send professional, on-brand content in just a few clicks. I especially love the segmentation capabilities, which help us target the right partners with the right messaging without needing endless spreadsheets or manual effort.

The platform is intuitive, and the onboarding experience was seamless. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They have been with us at every step, making adoption smooth across the board.

**What do you dislike about xAmplify?**

There’s honestly very little to dislike. If I had to name something, it would be the limited flexibility in customizing email templates. It hasn’t been a blocker, but more customization options would be a nice bonus. Also, a bit more documentation would help with quick self-troubleshooting.

xAmplify is helping us scale our partner communication and marketing efforts. **What do you like best about xAmplify?**

xAmplify makes it so easy to send campaigns through my partners. I don't have to worry about my partners not sending my campaigns because I can see that they've sent then! I also like the fact that I can view my partner's metrics as well to see how the campaign did in different markets. I can also send campaigns to my partners which is great because we send them a cybersecurity newsletter every month.

**What do you dislike about xAmplify?**

I don't dislike much, but I wish you could edit the email templates while creating the campaign.

**What problems is xAmplify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our partners weren't selling our products as much as we wanted them to, but now our products are the first ones they think of! We constantly have to come up with more campaigns to give them.

**What do you like best about xAmplify?**

With xAmplify, We could send co-branded campaigns with all our partners.  We work with a variety of partners who collaborate with our solutions  in their products, so we do a lot of co-branded campaigns. xAmplify has a very lucid interface and user friendly approach in execution

**What do you dislike about xAmplify?**

That the metrics aren’t customizable and some additional pertinent touch points, I am sure they are working on it.

**What problems is xAmplify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Co-branded campaigns used to be a lot of work before as there was a lot of back and forth talking about content, formatting, ect...with xAmplify, everything is done through the platform, so there’s less of that back and forth and we have to no longer dig through our files to find the latest version of the campaign that ourpartner sent us.

xAmplify’s partner segmentation made it easier as we could just upload our lists and restrict our campaigns to a certain group of partners.

**What do you like best about xAmplify?**

With xAmplify, I can easily segment my partners so I’m sending the right campaigns to the right partners. We work with a variety of resellers and people who use our platform to build products, so it’s very important for us to have that segmentation.

**What do you dislike about xAmplify?**

I wish I could segment my team members as well as my partners so I know who among my team is working with which partner segment.

**Recommendations to others considering xAmplify:**

This is a new way of thinking about channel marketing. Try out the platform and ask lots of questions.

**What problems is xAmplify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having trouble determining which partners should get which campaigns and had lots of spreadsheets for each partner segment. xAmplify’s partner segmentation made it easier as we could just upload our lists and restrict our campaigns to a certain group of partners. It was also easy to add new partners to segments.
