My only "dislike" if you could call it that is the need to continually subscribe to WorkTime on an annual basis in order to continue using the product. The agent was very easy to install. We did experience a delay with installation on Macs, as it wasn’t feasible at that time, but the Worktime team managed to implement it successfully.
