Sometimes, teammates can become too conscious of the tracking capabilities, which can feel stressful. It would help if the tool could better recognize the context of activities so that every website visit or small break isn't flagged as unproductive, as these are a part of normal work culture. I use WorkTime for tracking employee time, and I find it very beneficial because it provides all the daily work-time data our team relies on without any gaps or delays. I appreciate that WorkTime doesn't take screenshots or record any document or web form content or passwords, which is important for maintaining privacy and security. WorkTime allows for consistent, effortless, and robust tracking and reporting of all time spent on any computer-based activities, including time spent on any application used - including websites visited - as well as time spent NOT working. What do you dislike about WorkTime?

There is very little that I dislike about WorkTime. My only "dislike" if you could call it that is the need to continually subscribe to WorkTime on an annual basis in order to continue using the product. The agent was very easy to install. We did experience a delay with installation on Macs, as it wasn’t feasible at that time, but the Worktime team managed to implement it successfully. What do you dislike about WorkTime?

You really can’t physically remove an agent from a computer. When an employee leaves and is working remotely, there’s no way for admins to remove them from the monitoring list. The only workaround is to mark that person as “Do Not Monitor.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
