This is the least intrusive monitoring software I've found to keep track of staff working from home. It keeps an eye on system use without spying on the employee. I'm not impressed with the way it deals with tracking hours of operation. None of our employees work the exact same hours and they never take breaks or lunch at the same time. There is very little that I dislike about WorkTime. My only "dislike" if you could call it that is the need to continually subscribe to WorkTime on an annual basis in order to continue using the product.
