WorkTime is an employee, computer and internet monitoring software. WorkTime monitors productivity and helps boosting it. It monitors working-from-home, remote, and in-office employees. It provide the complete insight on spending time on your system with the accuracy and instant catogorized data.

As of now nothing bad countered yet in worktime application.

Monitering the time that how much time is geting spent on various website and giving comlete information of the users work duration.

It's very easy to install and configure and it monitors almost everything. 
Exactly what we required and even beyond our expectations with excellent Reporting and Customer Support

**What do you dislike about WorkTime?**

Not much to dislike, except maybe that Partner portal is not yet released for MSP companies

**What problems is WorkTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helps us to monitor our employees which give us a chance to see how to improve their productivity

Software use monitoring feature. Also clear tracking of internet use and especially apps and websites

**What do you dislike about WorkTime?**

Maybe it would be nice to have more tracking features on software monitoring, additionally to those that already work

Useful feature to track the use of software. Use it for our creative department to see what software to invest in and which one is the least used. Very helpful feature, saw it only in WorkTime

I use worktime for personal use to keep myself focused during the day. Its kind of like budgeting if you see wasted time layed out in front of you it changes your course of direction for unuseful hours through out the day.

I haven't found any features that I dislike about Worktime.

It doesn't break any law to monitor the work. Great. No issues.

I haven't found one. Works fine for 6 months now.

HR insisted on finding something soft and choosing a reliable and law-compliant option. Did some research and tried this one for a trial. Works fine, does the job. No legal risks.

Good reports, generating in CSV. Shows even when the connection was thru RDP. Very efficient for hybrid employees.
The support is fast and good.

Nothing, everything works well, but the UI could be improved.

Worked hours tracking for hybrid employees.

Automatic time tracking to clients based on file names

**What do you dislike about WorkTime?**

Cannot add time manually to your time sheets, for example, meetings, or when computer was offline.

**What problems is WorkTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None.  The cloud version doesn't allow reporting billable time unless your computer was active, for example, meetings or off-site events.

We've been able to save money and manage our employees thanks to the software. The support team is very responsive.

In my opinion, the design could be more appealing, but that is a matter of personal preference.

There are a lot of valuable reports. They've helped us identify productivity issues so that I can manage our business better.

So far, I can't think about any such thing to be written as cons.

We've been using this tool for almost two years. We started as a result of the pandemic to get insights into user activity. It's much easier to control remote workers now.

This is my first time I came across employee monitoring software. And I can say this is a very positive experience. The app is very useful and convenient. So many opportunities.

We needed time to figure it all out. But then it appeared to be not so difficult

We realized WT is very good for our department to track extra hours, idle time, attendance, etc.

Tracking our remote workers' work activities. After we installed this software, our overall productivity increased.

The program keeps logging out. I'm hoping it can be fixed.

The program is straightforward to install. It took us 5 minutes to have it set up.

The design could be more interesting. Everything else is fine.

We can track every single online activity. The remote team is much easier to manage now. The tool has also helped us in identifying inefficient and top employees. It's a pity that we didn't know about this program earlier.

I was looking for a quick solution to use on about 13 laptops, and this fit the bill perfectly.

The program frequently halts sessions; I hope this can be fixed.

I use it to manage my remote team. We pay by the hour,  so I must know how the work is progressing.

I wanted to be confident in my employees, so I decided to use an application to keep track of their attendance and activity at the workplace. My choice was WorkTime Cloud. So far, everything seems good. It has lots of advantages and no cons for now. I would gladly recommend it.

I love WorkTime for its simplicity, no complications, no privacy issues, just downright monitoring, and work activity surveillance.

**What do you dislike about WorkTime?**

I like everything it has in. So far, I have not seen anything that I don't like about this product.

After everything changed last year globally, we decided it's time to have employee monitoring software. We, like many companies, have in and out of office stuff, and we had the same problems of unconfidence. WorkTime minimized, if not to say vanished, all the difficulties we had.

Very short trial period. I wish it were at least a month.

I like WorkTime because it's easy to use. I didn't have any problems installing or any difficulties while using it.

Had some difficulties while setting up. But nothing significant

It was a difficult decision to use employee monitoring software. But we made the right decision when we chose this app. It is totally non-invasive to employee’s privacy and after only a few days of use, our department got used to it.

It's very easy to set up. Now, we can limit access to work-related websites and programs, if necessary.

It tends to slow down a bit sometimes, not sure why.

Even if your workers know you're watching them, it might be a little uncomfortable for them at first, but then they get used to it eventually. The best part is, you get to achieve your business goals—an organized work process in your office.

Intuitive and precise, captures relevant information. A good option for managing big teams. It helps us keep detailed tabs on what they do while on the clock.

Nothing major. I had a minor filtering issue, but I asked for assistance, and the support service was most helpful.

Controlling ''every step'' wasn't our target. With Worktime's help, we know for sure that employees do not have access to social media when using work computers.

Worktime solves all the issues I've had with remote team supervision. It's pretty easy to configure, and you can block users if you need to. The reports provide a great insight into your employees ' work habits and some of the data help me with the audit.

**What do you dislike about WorkTime?**

Nothing really. I've been looking for something basic, and this is good software for its price.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkTime:**

Set up all the necessary settings before adding users, as there is a option to make monitoring visible to others. Apart from that, it's cost-effective, user-friendly. Overall, great software.
