What do you like best about WorkTime?

The agent was very easy to install. We did experience a delay with installation on Macs, as it wasn’t feasible at that time, but the Worktime team managed to implement it successfully. Their support was responsive and helpful throughout the process, and overall the setup was smooth and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkTime?

You really can’t physically remove an agent from a computer. When an employee leaves and is working remotely, there’s no way for admins to remove them from the monitoring list. The only workaround is to mark that person as “Do Not Monitor.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WorkTime?

I love the automated monitoring and detailed analysis of employee productivity that WorkTime offers. This is ideal for companies that need real data on work activities, and it is very useful for identifying bottlenecks and ensuring that both resources and time are used effectively. I especially appreciate the 'Active Time' versus 'Inactive Time' measurement system, which allows me to distinguish between focused work time and time when the worker is simply present, thus providing a real measure of productivity. What do you like best about WorkTime?

WorkTime was a great help, especially during the pandemic. It enabled us to effectively monitor our remote employees and identify those who demonstrated honesty and integrity in their work. We generate daily reports to monitor employee idle time and provide these to the leadership team to identify and flag individuals with consistently high idle hours. The system is user-friendly and delivers accurate, reliable reports. I appreciate the ease of installation—it’s quick, seamless, and the computers automatically show up on the WorkTime dashboard after setup.
