Worktango is an easy to use and friendly interface that makes it simple for our team members to recognize one another with points that can be redeemed for prizes. The inclusion of the High Five feature is a great added benefit that allows people to add onto the original point awards that were made by other people.

The flexibility of Worktango is adequate, but certainly could be better. I would prefer it if the product had additional tools to post messages and announcements in a more prominent way for users to see.

As an administrator, I have often found it difficult to find features and settings that I'm quite sure are in the admin panel. The organization of these settings leaves something to be desired.

Unfortunately, the biggest drawback of Worktango is the price. While the company was willing to work hard in negotiating our pricing this last year, the price of Worktango is still out of line with many other similar products and well above what I would say it provides in benefits. I love that the rewards are customizable and that, as an employer, you can give them as an actual benefit for working here. The positivity is such a team boost! Our team often gives shout-outs, recognition to teammates, across departments, and across the company. It is so easy to use and easy to set up, and implement. Customer service is incredible and really answer your questions. Our team uses it at least once a day and we have loved how it integrates so easily with Slack! I wish that the catalog would automatically buy the rewards for companies! Obviously, this is so hard to do since each company sets the value, but maybe for some of the bigger box stores (Amazon, McDonald's, etc), it would help speed up the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A great way for people to recognize and acknowledge people they've worked with, either within their team or from other teams, either publicly or privately, AND enabling them to accrue points they can ultimately roll up into getting something tangible they care about through a WorkTango partner voucher.

Further to this, it is a great way to foster a culture of acknowledgment and thankfulness. With how busy things can get, it's easy to forget to say thank you or acknowledge the hard work and efforts people have made on that project you worked on together, or for being so supportive on that that thing, or helping you on X deadline. Every quarter running up to the deadline for when points expire, it makes you think back and reflect on whats happened over the past 3 months, and thank people for how they've shown up. Being left with a weird amount of points to share across a lot of people can result in them getting a weird acknowledgement, such as 23 points per person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The website itself is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and has a modern look and feel. The ability to easily recognize a coworker at the top of the page is one of my favorite features, and the rewards system is also setup in a convenient way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the photos on the rewards and incentives pages are small and hard to see, especially on smaller screen sizes. Occasionally, the submission process for some rewards is also difficult and a bit cumbersome to navigate as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WorkTango is helpful because it promotes team cohesion by being able to recognize and reward your coworkers who helped you solve a problem at work. By giving you a way to send your coworker a tangible reward it reinforces productivity and company morale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WorkTango only offers 5 topics and annoyingly makes you pick a topic when giving recognition (i.e. "Stand for what's right", Succeed Together as one", "Build Our Future" is particularly cringe if said coworker could ambiguously be a romantic prospect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
