**What do you like best about Worksmith?**

I love how our entire company uses Worksmith for work order management. It's very simple to use and efficient, making it one of the best CRM systems we've worked with so far. It's a fantastic one-stop shop to receive new work orders from customers, update the notes section of work orders, submit pricing and estimates, and handle automated invoice management. The team at Worksmith is absolutely phenomenal, providing great customer service and being very responsive to any of our questions. Their platform is very efficient, easy to use, simple to understand, and offers a very comprehensive work order management system. The onboarding and training session was fantastic, making it very easy to get onboarded and have support throughout the entire process.

I use Worksmith as a one-stop shop for managing work orders. It's simple and efficient, allowing us to receive orders, update notes, submit pricing, and automate invoice management seamlessly.

**What do you like best about Worksmith?**

I appreciate that Worksmith simplifies the process and makes it easy to navigate. It's very flexible in terms of pricing compared to other portals, where pricing structures are rigid, and fields are limited. This flexibility allows contractors to explain certain elements of the breakdown effectively. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Worksmith?**

The email notifications could be more to the point. Work order notifications can be very cumbersome with a lot of repetitive information.

**What problems is Worksmith solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Worksmith simplifies work order management with an easy-to-navigate process. It offers flexible pricing for cost submissions, unlike other rigid portals, helping communicate cost breakdowns effectively in Facility Management.

**What do you like best about Worksmith?**

Worksmith has been critical in the upkeep of our beauty stores across the US, ensuring we maintain our brand image and support the longevity of our counters. Deploying Worksmith was a breeze with the support of their all star team, that supported us with set up, training, and implementation of the tool. Our Field teams are now able to focus on deliver exceptional customer service to our clients instead of worrying about how to handle maintenance issues now that they can submit requests quickly through the mobile app. Worksmiths platform is user friendly, customizable, and connects to a expansive network of vendors that has been able to deliver on all requests in a agile and efficient way. We can easily pull reporting and provide our leadership teams data to provide a comprehensive view of how our points of sale are performing in regards to maintenance, which has been incredibly beneficial as we plan expansion of our distribution points.

**What do you dislike about Worksmith?**

I'd love to see them to continue to expand on their vendor networks into Millwork. Other than that, no complaints!

**What problems is Worksmith solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Worksmith has cut our response to maintenance issues by 90%, ensuring our points of sale maintain the highest standards for our customers. What was once a laborious, manual, and time consuming process to identify and address maintenance requests is now simplified through the clear request form and workflows through the Worksmith platform. With over 2,000 points of sale across the US it is critical we have a robust maintenance network to address issues in the stores quickly - Worksmiths network is expansive across all 50 states and has delivered exceptional quality of work for our requests ranging from electrical, cabinetry, flooring repair, and more. We are also able to report and identify common maintenance requests through Worksmiths reporting capabilities, that provide insights and help our store planning teams with material choices, architecture, and more.

The entire team at Worksmith has been wonderful to work with. They are attentive and respond quickly whenever issues are escalated to them.

**What do you dislike about Worksmith?**

There is a lack of native reporting functionality, and I have also noticed inconsistency across the vendor network.

**What problems is Worksmith solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been very helpful in automating both facilities and maintenance issues, making these processes much more efficient.

I love the integration with every sector that retail operations touches - it makes our life easier in the office but also the user experience for the stores is great.

**What do you dislike about Worksmith?**

The walkthrough fees are a bit confusing, it's hard to estimate total cost but I understand it's part of the business.

**What problems is Worksmith solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are summarizing billing for us for multiple lines on our budget, also creating autonomy for the stores to ask for what they need and receive help fast.

The program is not the best for businesses who are international as support overseas is very limited.

**What do you like best about Worksmith?**

Worksmith is the only platform we use and recommend all our clients to use it. We're able to price negotiate schedule, change schedule and complete tasks through the app or desktop.

**What do you dislike about Worksmith?**

There's not much to dislike about a software that is all in one.

**What problems is Worksmith solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue that this solves with us is scheduling and communication directly to the client there does not have to be a middleman involved. We are able to price negotiate and schedule all in one.
