I love how our entire company uses Worksmith for work order management. It's very simple to use and efficient, making it one of the best CRM systems we've worked with so far. It's a fantastic one-stop shop to receive new work orders from customers, update the notes section of work orders, submit pricing and estimates, and handle automated invoice management. The team at Worksmith is absolutely phenomenal, providing great customer service and being very responsive to any of our questions. Their platform is very efficient, easy to use, simple to understand, and offers a very comprehensive work order management system. We can easily pull reporting and provide our leadership teams data to provide a comprehensive view of how our points of sale are performing in regards to maintenance, which has been incredibly beneficial as we plan expansion of our distribution points.
