**What do you like best about Workpath?**

What stands out most about Workpath is their exceptional customer service—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. It's clear they listen to user feedback, as we've seen rapid and meaningful improvements to the product over time. On top of that, Workpath integrates seamlessly with other business tools we rely on, which has made adoption across teams smooth and intuitive. It’s a modern, agile platform that evolves with our needs rather than forcing us to adapt to it.

**What do you dislike about Workpath?**

One area with room for improvement is the integration with the Microsoft Office suite, which isn’t yet as seamless as some of the other tools Workpath connects with. That said, it's reassuring to know that this is already on their radar, and they’ve shown a strong track record of quickly acting on user feedback—so I’m confident enhancements are on the way.

**What problems is Workpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workpath is helping us address the ongoing challenge of turning strategic goals into actionable, trackable outcomes. It brings structure and clarity to our strategy execution process, ensuring teams stay aligned and focused on what matters most. The platform enhances transparency across the organization, allowing everyone to see how their work connects to larger objectives. While we’re currently using it in select teams, Workpath’s scalable design gives us confidence in its potential to support global tracking as we expand its use—helping us drive even stronger alignment and impact across the business.

I appreciate its user-friendly interface and ease of use. The software is designed to be intuitive and customizable, making it easy for businesses of all sizes to streamline their workforce management processes.

Another benefit of Workpath is its flexibility. The software can be customized to fit the specific needs of different industries and businesses, and it can be integrated with other software solutions to create a seamless workflow.

Improve efficiency: Workpath's customizable job scheduling and automated route optimization features help businesses to optimize their field workforce's schedules, ensuring that they are working efficiently and reducing travel time.

Increase productivity: With Workpath, businesses can communicate with their field workers in real-time, allowing them to make changes to schedules or assignments on the fly, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.

Enhance customer satisfaction: By providing real-time updates to customers about the status of their service request, businesses can improve customer satisfaction and reduce the number of customer complaints.

**What do you like best about Workpath?**

Friendly, helpful support from the people at workpath. I can always ask and get a competent answer. I also get the feeling of a valuable customer which is very friendly and helps a lot. Thanks a lot.

**What do you dislike about Workpath?**

There is nothing I dislike about Workpath. Sometimes there are not all features in the tool which I need. These are little things; normally, I can easily send my requirement directly to Workpath.

**What problems is Workpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workpath gives our organization an excellent tool to put everything together. It also helps with many little things, like describing good OKRs. It is also lovely to see how the network and alignment work. There are handy graphs for me. The employees at Workpath help discuss and exchange experiences and solve problems.

1. The intuitive use of the software. They manage to succeed with the split of many features yet a clear structure while using

**What do you dislike about Workpath?**

1. For us as a relatively small company (<50), workpath is a heavy solution that comes with many features. I'd wish for a "SME solution" that is more comprehensive. However, to my knowledge that is also not their ICP so I understand why the feautures are most suitable for larger companies or enterprises

**What problems is Workpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Even as a small company, you quickly realize how important a quick alignment - alignment in general really- is. A straightforward tool that support in this is more than helpful.

**What do you like best about Workpath?**

It's simple and intuitive view makes it easy to work with OKRs. They helped us with rolling out OKRs (we didn't use them before) and were nice  With our shared Slack channel to the Workpath support team, we've been able to get help immediately.

**What do you dislike about Workpath?**

As of now they don't offer a mobile app.

**Recommendations to others considering Workpath:**

They offer a free trial for some day so you can see for yourself if you like it

Become more agile as a company and support our cross-functional teams better with notably better alignment and more transparency.
