Workpath helps us bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Before implementing Workpath, strategic objectives, team priorities, and operational work were often managed in different tools and processes, making alignment and transparency more difficult. Workpath provides a single source of truth for objectives, key results, progress, and dependencies, creating much greater visibility across the organisation.

The platform enables leaders and teams to align around shared outcomes, track progress in a transparent manner, and identify risks or support needs much earlier. As a result, discussions are more focused on outcomes and impact rather than activities and status reporting.

A particular benefit for us is the seamless integration with Jira, which makes it easy to connect operational work directly to strategic objectives and key results. This creates a clear line of sight between day-to-day execution and long-term business priorities. In addition, the Microsoft Teams app integrates the OKR process into the daily workflow, making adoption easier and reducing the effort required to keep goals and progress up to date.

Finally, the platform is extremely stable and highly responsive. Fast performance and reliability are often underestimated, but they play an important role in driving user acceptance and making strategic execution part of everyday work.

Workpath supports the formulation of OKRs through AI, provides guidance on drafting, and offers the ability to highlight elements in the wording—such as “customers,” “benefits,” and “future state”—thereby laying the foundation for continually questioning whether all necessary elements are truly present in a goal. Furthermore, Workpath recently supported us in the alignment process by using the AI Companion to generate targeted reports that provided suggestions for company-wide alignment. Overall, the tool helps us and our teams map out our goals in a transparent and easy-to-understand way, thereby creating a supportive foundation for efficiently discussing and tracking these goals. We were looking for a global OKR tool that the whole company can use and that provides transparency across our network of teams, including the priorities of each work team. Workpath is helping us strengthen how we operate as a company and create clearer path to achieving our strategic ambitions. Historically, much of our focus was centered only on KPIs and operational performance metric, which are important but often reflect past results rather than future progress. With Workpath and through their OKR process, we have been able to shift the conversation from only operational tracking towards strategic enablement, giving greater visibility and focus to the priorities that will drive our future success. Secondly, through a more outcome focused lens, we have equipped and empowered our leaders with the necessary tools and mindsets to shift their conversations from strictly output and deliverable based to enablement through outcomes. Our leaders take this ownership and role model these behaviors in their natural routines rather than adding more complexity into an already overloaded system. Finally, it is about alignment and transparency. The team at Workpath has helped us to create a goal system that connects both vertically and horizontally, as well as a very intuitive tool that is able to be used very effectively from the top levels of leadership all the way down through the organization as needed.
