What do you like best about Workpath?

What stands out most about Workpath is their exceptional customer service—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. It's clear they listen to user feedback, as we've seen rapid and meaningful improvements to the product over time. On top of that, Workpath integrates seamlessly with other business tools we rely on, which has made adoption across teams smooth and intuitive. What do you dislike about Workpath?

One area with room for improvement is the integration with the Microsoft Office suite, which isn’t yet as seamless as some of the other tools Workpath connects with. That said, it's reassuring to know that this is already on their radar, and they’ve shown a strong track record of quickly acting on user feedback—so I’m confident enhancements are on the way. 1. For us as a relatively small company (<50), workpath is a heavy solution that comes with many features. I'd wish for a "SME solution" that is more comprehensive.
