Workpath is the AI-powered strategy execution platform for enterprises. It links strategic priorities to the KPIs, goals, and initiatives that deliver them, so leaders see in one place how their strategy turns into results across every business unit. Teams connect their work to the strategy it supports, track KPIs against targets and forecasts, and run recurring steering meetings on shared, current data. Workpath fits the framework an organization already uses, whether that is OKRs, Hoshin Kanri, a balanced scorecard, or its own steering model. Initiatives sync from Jira, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Planner, KPI values flow in from Power BI and Excel, and integrations with Microsoft Teams and Slack bring updates into everyday work. The Workpath AI Companion answers questions about strategy data and coaches teams as they draft goals. Enterprises such as Siemens Energy, Lufthansa, and SAP rely on Workpath, supported by expert services for rollout and change management. Workpath is ISO 27001 certified and hosts all customer data in Germany.
