**What do you like best about workit?**

I like that workit is a developing system with a very responsive support team. They develop changes to the system when requested, which is really helpful. The cost is good for what you get. I find the performance review system to be very handy this year, even though it was just developed. I also appreciate how the team was a great help during the setup,.

**What do you dislike about workit?**

Workit is a developing system, so there are sometimes bugs, although they get resolved quickly. We also need more reports, but they are working on developing these.

**What problems is workit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workit helps manage employee information, performance reviews, and integrates with our payroll system, streamlining reporting and recruitment.
