What do you like best about workit?

I like that workit is a developing system with a very responsive support team. They develop changes to the system when requested, which is really helpful. The cost is good for what you get. I find the performance review system to be very handy this year, even though it was just developed. I also appreciate how the team was a great help during the setup,. What do you dislike about workit?

Workit is a developing system, so there are sometimes bugs, although they get resolved quickly. We also need more reports, but they are working on developing these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
