What do you like best about WorkforceHub?

I like the product itself and that it can be modified to accomplish what the individual company needs it to do.

Pricing is great, although a bit deceptive for a small company. It was described as a per-person charge, but we were never notified of minimums before agreeing to use the service. However, the cost is low enough that we're able to justify continued usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkforceHub?

Customer Service. There is always a huge delay in response time. For example, on 1/28/2025, I opened a service request online through WorkforceHub's Internet form and followed through by sending an email to a manager on the same day. Other than an automated confirmation received on the same day assuring me that my request had been received, I have not heard from anyone regarding the problem we have encountered with the software's programming. Predicted response time in the automated response was 3 to 10 business days. We are at 8 days and counting with no personal response.

A second customer service issue I've encountered is that the service staff do not read through the full issue or call for clarification. This often leaves complaints unresolved or only partially resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
