I love WorkforceHub's clean and user-friendly interface which makes navigating daily HR tasks faster and more organized. The platform is reliable for workforce management, offering smooth functionality in time tracking, scheduling, and employee data management. It is particularly valuable for streamlining attendance tracking, scheduling, and updating employee data, tasks that once required significant manual effort. This has significantly reduced errors and saved time for our HR team, contributing to increased speed, accuracy, and productivity. The initial setup process was very straightforward, thanks to the guided steps and well-organized layout, which facilitated easy configuration. Overall, WorkforceHub is a great platform for small and medium-sized teams, effectively supporting our core HR tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am occasionally hindered by the longer load times of certain features when navigating between modules in WorkforceHub. Enhancing the speed and responsiveness would greatly improve the platform's usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that WorkforceHub makes everyday work much easier. It is simple to check attendance, see shift schedules, and approve time-off requests. Everything is in one place, so I don’t have to use different apps or spreadsheets.

The mobile app is also helpful, especially for employees who work outside the office and need to clock in. Overall, it saves time and keeps everything more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the system feels a little slow, especially when opening reports. Creating custom reports is not very simple, and it can take extra time to find what I need.

A few features are a bit confusing at first, and notifications sometimes come late. If the speed and reporting improve, the experience would be much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate the ease of use, which makes WorkforceHub incredibly intuitive for managing employee schedules. The centralized system is a game-changer for me, as it consolidates scheduling, attendance, and payroll functions into one platform, streamlining various processes and ensuring everything is in one place. Transparency within the platform is outstanding, fostering trust and clear communication among team members in my organization. I find the automation features incredibly efficient, as they handle complex tasks like shift planning without conflicts and maintain a central record for time and leave that is accurate and organized. The onboarding process is clear and structured, making the transition to WorkforceHub seamless from traditional methods like spreadsheets and manual scheduling. I find the customization options in WorkforceHub to be lacking. The platform would greatly benefit from more flexible features, such as a drag-and-drop widget, to enhance its usability and allow for a more tailored user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate WorkforceHub for its affordability, making it a reliable choice for startup companies, like my sister's bakery. The low monthly cost is a significant advantage for small businesses looking to implement efficient time tracking and attendance solutions. I love how WorkforceHub helps us manage sneaky employees who tend to stray from their tasks, ensuring accountability throughout the day. The payroll options are particularly beneficial, as they allow everyone to be accountable daily and understand their earnings based on detailed tracking reports. This feature eliminates the need for cumbersome and time-consuming processes, such as searching for Excel files with HR, saving us time and money. Overall, the ease of accountability and streamlined payroll processes are standout features that make WorkforceHub a valuable tool for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it difficult for employees to understand WorkforceHub without proper training, which can be challenging. Additionally, the user interface is too plain and basic, lacking customization options that would allow us to personalize it to reflect our company's branding, such as incorporating our own logo. It also takes time to get used to the system due to multiple options being scattered, which can lead to confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find WorkforceHub particularly valuable for its applicant tracking feature. This tool has significantly enhanced my organizational capabilities, especially with its ability to automate personalized emails, streamlining communication with potential candidates. What stands out is that during the initial setup, everything was surprisingly easy, ensuring a smooth transition and implementation for my team. I also appreciate how the platform integrates with other tools like ADP, complementing our existing systems and making the workforce management process seamless. I dislike the limitations in reporting to Excel in WorkforceHub. It's cumbersome because I need to download reports easily with selectable categories, rather than just receiving raw data. This lack of flexibility complicates the reporting process and makes it less user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can be finicky with time slots and inputting hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I just like that it makes my job easier and it has a lot of features that you don't need to even think that much to get your job done! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it gets glitches but overall it's great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that our information is in the cloud and not prone to failure locally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike the fact that although we probably had fingerprint failures on our old system with Icontime, that in many cases, because there's not an option to bypass the fingerprints without removing altogether with these timeclocks, that pushes me toward other alternatives that I get some pushback on from our management but yet if we don't spend to upgrade, we have to live with what we have, which is fine as long as I can work with the users to ensure their time is being logged in some way, just not always effectively through the fingerprint process. I like the product itself and that it can be modified to accomplish what the individual company needs it to do.

Pricing is great, although a bit deceptive for a small company. It was described as a per-person charge, but we were never notified of minimums before agreeing to use the service. However, the cost is low enough that we're able to justify continued usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer Service. There is always a huge delay in response time. For example, on 1/28/2025, I opened a service request online through WorkforceHub's Internet form and followed through by sending an email to a manager on the same day. Other than an automated confirmation received on the same day assuring me that my request had been received, I have not heard from anyone regarding the problem we have encountered with the software's programming. Predicted response time in the automated response was 3 to 10 business days. We are at 8 days and counting with no personal response.

A second customer service issue I've encountered is that the service staff do not read through the full issue or call for clarification. This often leaves complaints unresolved or only partially resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
