WorkflowFirst has a friendly and simplified user interface that is customize-able to one's own appeal.The dashboard offers a wide scale to set up a manageable to-do list, one can manage the urgent ones and see a history of activities. This has helped to keep track of activities. It is so easy to create forms since it only involves keying in the fields and domains you require and organise them in a manner that ensures information is well clustered without allowing for misappropriation. Unification of data has been simplified by WorkflowFirst . We are now able to consign and route our forms with ease to many users at the same time. Documents and form security has been enhanced by the features of security which have been integrated with WorkFlowFirst. We can capture data even using smartphones. Workflow has a user friendly interphase.WorkFlowFirst allows us to have customizeable features like creating our new applications without programming and coding . The dashboard is well configured giving a wide workspace to execute task and see notifications. We can organise our forms hierarchically with order of urgency helping us to handle every task without confusion. Monitoring employees is easy when they take leaves, go for holidays we can time track them.We are able to delegate tasks and monitor the progress of the same.
