# Which UKG consulting services specialize in both UKG implementation and ongoing optimization?

So the ones worth finding do both: get the initial build right, then stay on to optimize as you add modules and your needs change. HRMS Solutions (now Ascend) pairs on-site UKG Pro implementation with managed services and what they call beyond-launch support, so the same team can keep configuring new features like time, talent, or learning after you are live.

Sability is built around the full HCM lifecycle, from implementation support through optimization and system assessments, and it is certified on both UKG and Kronos. That makes it a good fit if you want one partner across the build and the long-term tuning.

Surety Systems covers both too, but through senior consultants and staff augmentation rather than a packaged optimization service, so you get experienced people on call for whatever comes up. Worth knowing they work across many platforms, so confirm the people assigned live in UKG day to day.

The team continuity question matters more than the service menu. Sability's full HCM lifecycle coverage looks strong on paper, but worth confirming whether the same consultants stay on post-launch or whether optimization gets handed to a different bench.
