What I like best about Workday is that it contains a lot of information that is needed for my everyday job. Through Workday, I'll be able to check the name of employee that is related to our company, how long they've been with us, who is his direct report and interest. I'll be able to have a glimpse of employees information. In addition, we are able to access through Learning our training courses which help us to improve professionally. As a team manager, I often use this. I check it on a daily basis as part of my report. It is easy to navigate for information that you usually use.
