I think there’s a bug with the payment method section. Even though I already submitted the two required payment methods, it still shows on my end that it hasn’t been updated and that I haven’t completed it yet. However, I was able to inform the support team, and they confirmed that it is indeed a bug and that they’re working on getting it fixed. I think the last time I had a job on the platform, you guys increased the rate, which kind of impacted me somehow. Maybe you should increase the rates to the companies so it won't affect us that much.
