"Ideal for Purpose-Driven Remote Work"
What do you like best about Work for Impact?

I like that Work for Impact focuses on connecting professionals with purpose-driven companies and emphasizes alignment between a professional's skills and a company's mission. I appreciate that it's the only platform I've found that's free of scammers, unlike other famous job sites that seem legit but scam newbies. The platform's interface is straightforward and easy to follow, making initial setup a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Work for Impact?

As someone who is still building experience, especially in virtual assistance or working for a direct client, one challenge I've faced is not always understanding why applications are unsuccessful. I think it would be better if they can be honest with why I wasn't chosen because I do accept feedback and use it as motivation to improve what's lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Flora Aliaga of Work for Impact

Thank you, Daniela! We’re so glad you value our mission and safe, purpose-driven community—and we truly appreciate your feedback on improving transparency to support your growth

"Empowering Platform for Psychological and Financial Fulfillment"
What do you like best about Work for Impact?

I really like the whole process of finding work on the website. The website is very well organized, making it easy to navigate. Work for Impact is a very good place to find employment that fulfills a person's psychological need to help. It has allowed me to feel a sense of fulfillment in my work and effectively broadened my horizons. What I like the most about Work for Impact is this sense of being seen and valued. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy, especially with the time tracking app, which was also very easy to download. The website provides job opportunities that are both financially satisfying and psychologically fulfilling, which is rare to find. Plus, as it's remote work, it adds to the convenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CX Support Review"
What do you like best about Work for Impact?

The UI on this platform is easy to understand, and it’s straightforward to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Work for Impact?

I think there’s a bug with the payment method section. Even though I already submitted the two required payment methods, it still shows on my end that it hasn’t been updated and that I haven’t completed it yet. However, I was able to inform the support team, and they confirmed that it is indeed a bug and that they’re working on getting it fixed. They also assured me that, on their end, my profile is already complete, so there’s nothing to worry about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Flora Aliaga of Work for Impact

Thank you so much, Harley, for your thoughtful review—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!

We’re glad to hear that you find the platform easy to navigate and the UI clear—that’s something we continuously work to improve.

And thank you as well for flagging the issue with the payment method section. You’re absolutely right—this is a known bug, and our team is already working on resolving it. We appreciate your patience, and we’re glad our support team was able to clarify that your profile is fully complete on our end.

If you notice anything else or need support at any point, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here for you!

Thanks again for being part of the Work for Impact community

"Efficient Client-Finding with Integrated Tools"
What do you like best about Work for Impact?

I find Work for Impact to be a good company, especially for finding the right job or seeking clients. It's another good platform to earn from. It's helped me because it's easy to use and also easy to find clients on. I was able to land my first client with Work for Impact. I really enjoyed the platform and even had friends recommend it. I appreciate the integrated tools like video and voice recording directly on the platform, so I don't have to jump to another website or application. This feature really stands out compared to other websites I've tried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Work for Impact?

I hope there would be more clients that are verified because my niche is customer service. So there's a limited scope or niche for that one. Also, there was some problem with my login because it keeps on asking me to verify if I'm a human, and it's really time consuming. So if that could be simplified, that would be much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Flora Aliaga of Work for Impact

Thank you so much, Carina, for such a detailed and thoughtful review—we truly appreciate it!

We’re so happy to hear that you were able to land your first client through Work for Impact—that’s a big milestone, congratulations!

Thank you as well for your honest feedback. We hear you on the need for more verified clients, especially within the customer service niche, and we’re continuously working on growing opportunities across different areas. Regarding the login issue and verification steps, we understand how that can be frustrating and are actively looking into ways to improve that experience.

Thanks again for being part of the community and for recommending us to others—it really means a lot. We’re here to support you every step of the way

"Simple Platform with Helpful Support, Needs More Jobs"
What do you like best about Work for Impact?

I really appreciate the simplicity of the interface on Work for Impact. It's easy to quickly check my contracts, active work, and even lifetime earnings with a particular company right from the platform. Their customer support is also very helpful. There was a time when I manually entered a work log with the wrong time zone, and they responded to my email within a day and fixed the problem. Setting up my account was a breeze too; it took just five to ten minutes with ID uploads and verification on my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Work for Impact?

I think for now, it's the number of jobs available. Because what I'm seeing in the job post is the same one that I saw last month when I applied. So, hopefully, they will have more work or jobs available for their freelancers or contractors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Flora Aliaga of Work for Impact

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re really glad to hear that the platform feels simple to use and that managing your contracts, work, and earnings has been smooth—that’s exactly what we aim for. It’s also great to know our support team was able to help quickly when you needed it!

We truly appreciate your feedback about job availability as well. We’re continuously working on bringing more opportunities to the platform and expanding our network of clients, so there’s more variety and new roles opening up.

Thanks again for being part of the Work for Impact community—we’re here to support you every step of the way!

"Trustworthy Platform with Authentic Opportunities"
What do you like best about Work for Impact?

I really like the community on Work for Impact and appreciate that they offer real jobs on the platform. Also, discovering the Spanish community was a pleasant surprise, and the community manager, Flora, has been great. We’ve been talking for a few months, and she sends out jobs for bilingual people, which I think is amazing. I enjoy this aspect a lot. Plus, the initial setup was easy; creating my profile and portfolio was straightforward, and it was great to quickly access real jobs and interviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Work for Impact?

I think the last time I had a job on the platform, you guys increased the rate, which kind of impacted me somehow. Maybe you should increase the rates to the companies so it won't affect us that much. I understand Work for Impact needs to get the rate because you're giving us the opportunities, but you should let the older side know they should improve or pay more to the people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Flora Aliaga of Work for Impact

Thank you so much for this thoughtful review, Jimena! We’re glad to hear that you value the community and the authentic opportunities on the platform. It means a lot to know that the Spanish community and the support we provide are making a difference. We also appreciate your honest feedback about rates—it helps us keep improving. Thanks for being part of Work for Impact!

"Simple Time Tracking with Caveats"
What do you like best about Work for Impact?

I like that Work for Impact is simple and easy to use. Signing up for an account and installing the time tracker was simple enough. I value the time tracker feature the most because without it, I wouldn't be able to record my work hours properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Work for Impact?

There was an update to the tracker where if there's no input, it asks if you're still working, and if you don't notice, time tracking will stop. This is counterintuitive and bothersome during meetings or when watching recordings of meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Flora Aliaga of Work for Impact

John! We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the recent update to the time tracker. We'll take your feedback into consideration for future improvements.

"Comprehensive Job Platform with Stellar Community"
What do you like best about Work for Impact?

I find Work for Impact to be a good platform with many job options listed. I like the clean UI and how easy it is to navigate. The active and friendly community is a big plus, with many users helping each other. I also appreciate their 'App & Tools' options, which provide tons of hints for the most useful tools in the market for independent contractors. Setting up was pretty easy too, I'd rate it a 1 out of 10 in difficulty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Work for Impact?

Add a dark mode for the website, white website can be painful for some users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Flora Aliaga of Work for Impact

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this thoughtful review, Licurgo!

We’re really glad to hear that you find the platform easy to navigate and that the community spirit stood out to you. At Work for Impact, we truly believe that opportunities grow when people support each other, so it’s great to know that the active and friendly community is making a difference for you.

We also appreciate your suggestion about adding dark mode — feedback like this helps us keep improving the experience for everyone.

"Easy, Well Paid, but Few Vacancies"
What do you like best about Work for Impact?

I like that Work for Impact is easy to use and that it handles well-known companies from the United States with good pay. They pay very well per hour, generally from 11 dollars per hour onwards, which is better compared to other platforms. Additionally, it helps me prepare for interviews and secure positions. The application is more user-friendly and helps a lot with applying. It was also very easy to set up; I just downloaded it, signed up, and started looking for jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Work for Impact?

Well, I think that look for more vacancies because they are good vacancies to work, but they are very few. So, find more companies to be able to have more options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Flora Aliaga of Work for Impact

Hi Moises,

Thank you for your honest and thoughtful feedback

We hear you on wanting more vacancies — we’re continuously working on bringing in more mission-driven companies to expand opportunities for our community.

Thanks for being part of Work for Impact — we’re excited to keep growing with you!
