**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doulgue Clémence K. | igniteXL AI-Powered VC Deal Sourcing Externship Lab Externship., Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Work for Impact?**

Work for Impact offers strong community support, access to educational resources like Google cybersecurity certificates, and opportunities to work with clients in purpose-driven projects.
It provides a supportive environment with professional development resources, mentorship, and access to impactful freelance opportunities that align with personal values.

**What do you dislike about Work for Impact?**

1- Some tasks can be limited in scope, with fewer advanced roles, which can make growth within the platform slower for experienced professionals.

Work for Impact is solving the challenge of connecting freelancers with purpose-driven organizations and projects that align with personal values. This benefits me by providing access to meaningful work opportunities, professional growth through project-based learning, and resources like the Google cybersecurity courses, which help me expand my skills while making a positive impact.

**Reviewed by:** Tariro J. | Virtual Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Work for Impact?**

Absolutely great platform for freelancers, there is a lot of value here that professionals can get, from various online courses that are free of charge to access to freelance opportunities in different fields. I am so grateful to Flora who is helpful in recommending some great opportunities to me.

**What do you dislike about Work for Impact?**

There is some real competition from other freelancers which is to be expected on any freelancer platform.

**What problems is Work for Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a freelancer and this platform gives me the opportunity to meet potential clients and other awesome freelancers that I can engage with. I also get help from community managers who actually care for freelancers as well as the clients , this is rare and you may not get it on most freelance platforms.

  ### 20. Using WFI was one of the best decisions I made as a Director of Customer Support.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** michael k. | Director of Customer Support, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Work for Impact?**

WFI was able to find me incredible talent at a very reasonable cost. They posted the job and vetted the talent. Not only did our productivity rates go up, but our OpEx went down!

**What do you dislike about Work for Impact?**

The only downside can be the challenge of working with fully remote team members, but if you productivity trackers in place, then this will not be an issue. There is nothing I dislike about Work for Impact.

**What problems is Work for Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Immediately attracting, finding, and vetting talent. This has saved me so much time in recruitment. Since we started using WFI, our attrition rate has dropped to 0%.

> Thank you so much, Michael! We’re really happy to hear that Work for Impact has been a valuable partner for you and your team at Premium Parking.
