Second Talent was founded after our previous company experienced firsthand how difficult it was to build a reliable engineering team across Asia. We weren&#39;t looking to offshore work, we were looking for great engineers. The problem was that the existing platforms weren&#39;t built for that. So we built our own. Today, Second Talent connects 200+ companies globally with engineering talent across nine Asian markets: Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, and Thailand. We&#39;ve placed over 10,000 engineers into product teams in AI, SaaS, fintech, and e-commerce, companies that needed to move fast without compromising on quality or compliance. Most recruitment firm will  ask for a lot of things like assessments, role play etc  but not Second Talent. they will just ask you complete what the client asks of them.
