"Three Years In, Still Exceeding Expectations"
What do you like best about Work for Impact?

What I like best about Work for Impact is their deep commitment to partnership. They don’t operate like a traditional vendor and they take the time to understand our goals, challenges, and customer needs, and they work closely with us to build a program that truly fits. Their team is proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in our success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Work for Impact?

If I had to point to one challenge, it’s that Work for Impact’s unique business model can be a bit of a shift from what finance or senior leadership might be used to. It’s not the traditional BPO structure, so getting internal buy-in may take a little more explanation up front. That said, once the value is clear, it becomes an easy case to make because the results speak for themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Marco, it’s truly a privilege to partner with you and your fantastic team at Outside. Your trust and collaboration have inspired us to keep pushing for meaningful impact. At Work for Impact, we believe in building partnerships—not just vendor relationships—and your words reflect exactly why we do what we do. Thank you for recognizing our approach and commitment. We’re excited to continue supporting your vision and creating value together.

"Simple Time Tracking with Caveats"
What do you like best about Work for Impact?

I like that Work for Impact is simple and easy to use. Signing up for an account and installing the time tracker was simple enough. I value the time tracker feature the most because without it, I wouldn't be able to record my worked hours properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Work for Impact?

There was an update to the tracker where if there's no input, it asks if you're still working, and if you don't notice, time tracking will stop. This is counterintuitive and bothersome during meetings or when watching recordings of meetings. Additionally, the lack of payout options in the Philippines is a significant issue. We were told it would be rolled out this year, but it's delayed to Q1 of 2026 and might possibly get delayed again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Flora Aliaga of Work for Impact

John! We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the recent update to the time tracker. We'll take your feedback into consideration for future improvements.
