"Peace of mind via ethical remote staffing"
What do you like best about Work for Impact?

Their platform allows me to run teams virtually on auto-pilot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Work for Impact?

Of course you pay a fee for a service that technically you could do directly but in my view it more than pays for itself Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks a lot, Marco! We’re so glad to hear the platform gives you peace of mind and makes running your client teams easier. It’s great to know the transparency and ethical side of what we do really resonates with you—that’s exactly why we built Work for Impact. We really appreciate Polaris Digital trust and recommendation!

"Simple Time Tracking with Caveats"
What do you like best about Work for Impact?

I like that Work for Impact is simple and easy to use. Signing up for an account and installing the time tracker was simple enough. I value the time tracker feature the most because without it, I wouldn't be able to record my worked hours properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Work for Impact?

There was an update to the tracker where if there's no input, it asks if you're still working, and if you don't notice, time tracking will stop. This is counterintuitive and bothersome during meetings or when watching recordings of meetings. Additionally, the lack of payout options in the Philippines is a significant issue. We were told it would be rolled out this year, but it's delayed to Q1 of 2026 and might possibly get delayed again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Flora Aliaga of Work for Impact

John! We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the recent update to the time tracker. We'll take your feedback into consideration for future improvements.
