
I find WooCommerce RMA as a tool that helps to improve client satisfaction as well as a tool that helps to fight against abuse. The RMA policies feature helps define conditions under which refunds are made, which is a great way to prevent abuse by specific clients who might not be serious about their choices.
Also, it's an intelligent tool because it delivers on-time refund quests, and order messages and provides extra cutting-edge tracking technology.
RMA is a smart tool that has tremendously contributed to increasing clients' satisfaction rates by nearly 40% upheaves from October 2021 to now. It's super easy to set up( settings and configurations).
