What I find most helpful is that the information Windfall provides is truly actionable. Their research gives me real, concrete insight into a donor, which helps me decide how best to engage with them and steward the relationship. Net wealth is useful, but on its own, it doesn’t tell me what a donor’s passions are—such as the other nonprofits, charities, and political activities they support. Since we have a lobbyist and several programs that address different areas, like science education and evidence-based medicine, it’s valuable to know whether a donor is interested in politics, social policy, education, medical research, or secular humanism. I honestly can't find anything to dislike. I've always been well taken care of by Windfall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
