We haven't experienced anything we dislike.

We have a large database of donors and volunteers, the results from Windfall helps us with segmentation of our constituents and target certain individuals for particular campaigns and appeals.

**What do you like best about Windfall?**

Staff are helpful, responsive, and experienced. They know the unique challenges faced by non-profit orgs, and have tailored their tools to help. Using this product has helped triage our work immensly.

**What do you dislike about Windfall?**

Convincing your organization to add Windfall's services to their budget may be a challenge.

**What problems is Windfall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sometimes struggle to select which prospects to focus our limited time and effort on. Windfall helps us focus on only the best prospects, and provides helpful intel on the wealth and external giving interests of our database.
