What do you like best?

1. Intuitive layout of EHR.

2. Easy production reports.

3. Easy to install on computers.

4. Ability, although limited, to generate letters with information fields from EHR.

5. Can edit and save letter templates.

6. Integrated with e-prescribe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

1.Slow graphics (why are there animated menus? - everything should be sleek and fast as possible).

2. Auto-complete is too aggressive. (So frustrating)

3. Wasted space on generated reports and letters.

4. Some fields should allow overwriting and do not. (Selecting from menus in a new window is so slow)

5. Inability to connect separate office locations.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Production by providers at different times and with different CPT codes has allowed us to see inconsistencies in scheduling and coding and allowed discussion between providers of where we need to head for consensus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

They charge almost 3k/year for software maintenance or charge around $100/hour for even a phone call asking a question. Employees are unhelpful and incompetent. The system in our office was down, and remained unsolved for a couple of days b/c the support system did not know how to fix the issue. Many times if there is a software update, all the programs will shut down in our office. We call to fix the issue, and they charge us an exorbitant fee for fixing the problem. What do you like best?

I do enjoy that it links the ehr with sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Managing inventory in Practice Director is very hard. Trying to keep track of when you reordered a product and not having the ability to put in a purchase order is very difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
