Their whole team is really nice and we are happy to be working with them. **What do you dislike about Whiplash?** We've had issues with their tech team and integrations working properly in the past, but it is better now. **What problems is Whiplash solving and how is that benefiting you?** Packing and shipping orders to our customers! They also help process returns and in general produce high quality work. ### 2. Whiplash makes it really easy to find things when the customers you are working with are clueless about when they ordered something, if they even ordered something, or where they shipped it to. Whiplash also makes it easy to see our inventory for specific products. It is the fastest way for us to see if someone's order did not ship because of overselling or if there was just a glitch in the system that stopped a product from being shipped in a timely manner. **What do you dislike about Whiplash?** When making returns or exchanges for big orders, if you make one mistake, you have to start the entire thing over instead of just restarting the one item. We have this one regular customer that for some ungodly reason orders 5000 dollars worth of pants and returns almost all of it every time. Since it is such a huge order, we cant process the return on our regular return site, Happy Returns. So Whiplash saves the day there. HOWEVER, when processing the return, we might accidentally click on one of the 40 items to return that she actually wanted to keep. If you make that mistake, you have to start the whole process over. It is so frustrating. **Recommendations to others considering Whiplash:** Don't expect it to solve all your problems but see it more as a nice gap filler for where other websites you may use might fall off. **What problems is Whiplash solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's the easiest way to find someone's entire order history. I like that when you enter someone's name, you see all their orders even if they've placed orders under different emails.
