Whiplash gets the job done but with some hiccups
Whiplash fills in the gaps where the rest of the websites we use fall short. Whiplash makes it really easy to find things when the customers you are working with are clueless about when they ordered something, if they even ordered something, or where they shipped it to. Whiplash also makes it easy to see our inventory for specific products. It is the fastest way for us to see if someone's order did not ship because of overselling or if there was just a glitch in the system that stopped a product from being shipped in a timely manner.
